Siege's standard package is about $50 for gun rental, air refills, face mask, and 500 paintballs. That usually amounts to about 2-1/2 to 3 hours of paintball. The group rate is slightly less (around $40) for 8 or more players, and groups have a reserved time. They have five or six outdoor courses (our favorite is City). Pro-Tip: Check Groupon for deals beforehand! When you show up, it's a super rugged looking space. Just park somewhere next to the other cars in the dirt, and start your orientation at the main hut. Seeing as we were first timers, Brandon and Carver were put in the round to protect and guide us! There are 15 fields, so we started playing with the big group in a 15-minute session. It was intimidating because they were all big, muscular men, but we played along anyway! Following that, Brandon and Carver were gracious enough to take us out on a separate field and let us play against each other, which was SO MUCH FUN. It's going to be hot, and you're going to get dirty, so just wear some old clothes. The paint does wash off, which is a plus. If you can, protect your head and hands. I went home with a super bruised, swollen knuckle, which was painful but bearable, and another girl went home with a very large welt on her head. It happens all the time, so if you're not one for pain, cover up appropriately. I would highly suggest giving paintballing a shot! Go in with a good attitude and you're guaranteed to have a great time!
