Son goes here for parties and has a blast every time. When he was younger he did airsoft there and older he's done paintball there.

The waitress/bar tender was more focused on sitting on her phone and she sure enough had her glass full. Although the food is really good but being treated like we are a bother when we are the only one in the restaurant portion is BS. Will never come back and will make sure people know not to come either Also while sitting next to the window, they have a bunch of dead flies on the inside. Very appetizing to look at.

We also added some large games to our space as well. We then made it upstairs for our dinner program and the buffet was amazing! Delicious and tenor serving they have a very nice event space upstairs. The staff were very nice. Two notes would just be that they had our program run on a court back to back with another group so it was ackward since we needed all those large games set up, had preset beverages and appetizers. Plus a full check in table. The other court was empty so I'm not certain why we weren't just in the other space. Then they also only had the front bar open in the first hour versus the one right at the courts and bowling where we were and other guests enjoying their time. In the case of our group it also left us separated into two since as they waited for drinks then they just became comfortable in the front bar talking. They did open the upstairs bar once we moved up there. I would book an event here again I would just make sure to clearly note some of those details and/or even book the court an extra hour to ensure no crossover even though I was able to set up 15 minutes before our event start. Everyone had a really fun time and for many it was their first time experiencing it.

I honestly don't even know how to describe how disappointed I am with Battle House. We are regular…read morecustomers and have spent our money here multiple times, I've been coming here since I was very young which is exactly why this experience was so frustrating. MY GUN WAS BROKEN 3 or 4 TIMES I MISSED BASICALLY HALF OF MY FIRST SESSION The level of professionalism from the staff was absolutely unacceptable. An employee actually joined the other team during our laser tag game and was openly cheating alongside them. My girlfriend's brother and his girlfriend were on that team, and the employee was telling them how to cheat and giving them information during the game. When my girlfriend spoke up about it, the employee argued with her before eventually being told to calm down. Watching an employee actively participate in cheating and then argue with a paying customer who called it out was ridiculous. Then we pointed out another person who was openly cheating. The person was eliminated and then stood around giving information to their team so they could know where people were. When I brought this to the employee's attention, I was basically told there was nothing they could do because the person "wasn't there." Then I was threatened with being kicked out if I continued to be "disrespectful." At that point, I wasn't even trying to argue anymore. My time was already basically up, so there was no point in continuing the conversation or asking for a refund. But the way my girlfriend and I were spoken to was completely unacceptable. There is a huge difference between enforcing rules and disrespecting customers. If an establishment has rules, enforce them fairly. If someone is cheating, address it. And if a customer has a legitimate complaint, have an adult conversation with them instead of arguing with them and threatening to kick them out. I'm a regular customer, and after this experience I can honestly say I have no reason to come back. I don't care about getting into an argument with a minimum-wage employee, and I certainly wasn't going to turn a stupid laser tag game into a physical confrontation. But that doesn't mean customers should have to sit there and tolerate being disrespected. I expect professionalism from businesses, and I expect employees to know how to de-escalate a situation rather than contribute to it. Battle House needs to seriously train its employees on customer service, conflict resolution, and enforcing its own rules fairly. Being a regular customer apparently means absolutely nothing when the staff is willing to treat you like this. Extremely disappointing. I will not be recommending this place to anyone. My instagram is @ilyyuvraj my email is patelyuvraj424@gmail.com hope someone from management reaches out we can talk about this further. Ive heard you can also get banned for writing bad reviews isn't the proving the people right? To be honest I don't care won't be coming back anyways

I took my baby sister here for a birthday party and the owners are incredibly welcoming and comfortable to speak with! I chose the total takeover package and the prices are amazingly easy to work with and for so much reward!! I could easily afford to take over the whole place for my sister's birthday and she could play all the games she wanted. I was also able to order pizza and delivery here so her and her friends could have something to eat after playing, and I will say the cabin space is so spacious!! Had lots of room for all the kids (there were like 12) and room for them to put their gifts, bags and jackets too! I seriously cannot recommend this place enough, I'm genuinely so happy I found a place like this for my sister to have fun on her birthday that both has lots of space to play lazer tag, dodgeball and arcade but also space to sit down and eat without feeling cramped!! Such a rare find nowadays!! 100% suggest checking out this place if looking for a place to celebrate someone's birthday, prices are affordable and 100% worth the experiences you'll get out of it!!

There are multiple floors - each including a full bar. The food here was OK. Our group was provided a taco bar and cookies for dessert. The tortillas were not great, the texture was off. They really should not be hosting laser tag parties larger than 5 people with the current equipment situation. We were told they had 18 vests available, but only about 6-8 were actually working consistently at any given time. To their credit, they did extend the play time to try to accommodate the equipment issues. However, it didn't really solve the problem when so many kids still had long wait times and didn't get to participate fully. The staff member managing the event was defensive when concerns were raised and explained they were "in a transition stage" and expecting new equipment in July. She stated she was frustrated too, but we were the ones paying for a service/event that was not functioning as promised. I would not recommend this venue for a laser tag party until the equipment issues are fully resolved.
