We had just left the hot springs and we were hungry, walked into the egg and asked if they were still taking dine in orders because we walked in about 10 minutes before close. They didn't hesitate prepped us a table and didn't rush us. We had two classic breakfast and the Arizona Turkey sandwich with the loaded potatoes. Everything delicious especially the loaded potatoes which the server recommended they add this homemade salsa which adds a little kick to it. This place is awesome. We went for breakfast , we were pleasantly surprised at the extensive and unique choices on the menu. I got the Hikers Benedict and my friend got the Veggie Scramble. I went to my favorite restaurant for their Cobb salad, only to find it had been removed from the muni by the new owner. Yesterday, I went to The Egg for lunch and while I was skeptical about a lemon vinaigrette, the waitress put it on the side so I could decide (she had said it was good) well she was right and I have found my new favorite spot for Cobb salad!
