At this point it feels like half or more of the restaurants we try are doing this. Not piping hot, not even warm... just straight up cold or barely room temp. And somehow we're still expected to pay $150 at the end and smile like everything is great. This place was no different. The food took forever, easily 45 minutes to an hour. Then the rice and beans come out and they're actually colder than room temperature. The rice was crusty like it had been sitting at the bottom of a pot for days. I said something and they brought another one... same temperature, cold. The rice was a little fresher so clearly they swapped it out the old crusty one they tried to pass off as acceptable the first time but still cold. It's honestly ridiculous. Long wait times are one thing, but then to have the food come out cold and crusty and act like it's fine is not okay. It's getting to the point where it's rare to find a place that actually serves hot food, which should be the bare minimum. Don't go here. Don't support this. Maybe if enough people stop accepting it, restaurants will remember that hot quality food is kind of the whole point. What a disappointment and a complete trick, I would have never gone to this place if I knew the awful quality and standard.
