This restaurant was a disappointment. The food was okay. Nothing made any of the food stand out except for the price. You get seven wings for $18. You can buy an entire pack of wings for the same size at Costco. This place claims that the wings are "large" to justify the expensive price, but the wings are just normal sized wings. The burger was so raw that I had that I could not eat most of it. The brussels sprouts were normal and nothing special. You can make them at home easily if you have a balsamic glaze. This place is close to the ski resort base and was a little hard to find, because it was located on the second floor. However, I found the burgers to be quite delicious and imaginative. They have bison burgers, but I stuck with the Angus beef. Mine was topped with small crispy fried onion rings. And it was actually too big for me to finish at one sitting, so I saved the other half for the next day. Service was attentive and friendly. Decor was casual but clean. read more

Eaten here a handful of times over the last 3 years, mainly because it's close to our condo. Last year it wasn't very good, some burgers very under cooked. We tried again and it was a fail. Undercooked burgers, which are black charred on the outside and rare on the inside (ordered med-well) and a steak ordered med-rare, but was cool/raw in the middle. When we showed the waitress, she just looked at her device and said well you ordered it med-rare, then offered to put it on the grill. My youngest had the kids chicken strips and it looked like it came from a school cafeteria, and the cookie tasted like a 3 week old chewy biscuit. I ordered a delicious Chopped Salad with seared ahi tuna, but my husband's All American Burger was the bomb! I only had one bite, but that bite was oh so good! This half pound burger was juicy and the bun was perfect! Even though I wish I got the burger instead, the salad I ordered was satisfying with fresh lettuce, crispy onions, bacon and a large portion of ahi served on top. Next time I will split the burger and salad with my husband! ;) This is a large restaurant with a bar and lots of seating, tables and booths. Seems like a great place to go with a large group. WOW! How many times can you say you've just eaten the best burger you've ever had? I went with the All American so that I could compare it to other similar hamburgers on my road trip. The meat was perfect! It didn't need any bacon, avocado, or whatever other add-ons that other places need to enhance the flavor. The burger was delicious with just cheese, lettuce, and tomato (I left off the onion but did add the side of chili). Lany helped us with our order and provided great service. For dessert, she recommended the tiramisu, but I'm an ice cream addict, so we got both! If you read the hamburger reviews, there's another restaurant located in Steamboat Springs that may be more famous, but I would rate the burger here just a tad higher. read more

Food is absolutely amazing. I had a group of 15 and they got us in perfectly. A great place to go after skiing for a long day.

Everything was impeccable, the service , views and food ! Our server simply could not be more sweet and friendly if she tried ! Our burgers were huge , delicious, hot and AMAZING!! Did I mention that we unfortunately due to road tripping and traffic got there 15 minutes before closing? The staff was absolutely unaffected and still courteous, welcoming and all around professional. The burgers are very filling and cooked perfect medium rare. My personal favorite is the Aprés Bistro, my boyfriend loves the Mighty Mushroom. For appetizers, I highly recommend the brussel sprouts. I spent a week with my wife & kids at the Sheraton in Steamboat Springs. Over the course of the week, Apres Burger Bistro was hands down our favorite restaurant....so much so, we ate there 3 times. My go to was the apres burger, which is the best burger I've ever had. I also tried my wife's cali burger, which was also delicious. I will say, it's pricey! We spent $70 (w/ tax & tip) for 2 burgers & an order of kids chicken nuggets. But, the burgers are so big, we split them every time, and never left hungry. First of all... the service! Amazing!!! Everyone was kind and accommodating. The atmosphere is great and offers a beautiful view. The Ahi Tuna appetizer was amazing. Had a wasabi aioli drizzled on top which I loved! If you're not huge into spicy I recommend asking for the wasabi aioli on the side.... But it's well worth the try!! Next I had the ceviche. Ugh! So good! It was a citrus ceviche with a twist. One of the best ceviches I've had in a while. This also comes with a small amount of wasabi aioli on the side so again, if you're not a spicy lover, ask for it on the side or just mix it up well before the first bite. Lastly, I had the Tiramisu for dessert... I would have given this place a 5 star buuuuttt the Tiramisu was admittedly not the best. I have Tiramisu from the North Jersey Italians so my standards may be too high. DRINKS!!!! The bartender understood the assignment! These drinks were a HIT! I love the Espresso Martini! It's missing the holy trinity beans, but this martini was AMAZING! Gives you that kick you need and the vodka hits! The Moscow Mule is a classic go to for me. I'm slightly disappointed by this place. This review is for the to-go order experience only. We walked in on a Wednesday night with no reservations...the wait was for over an hour. So we opted to go to the brewery downstairs and order carry out from our phones. The app tells you when your order will be ready. We walked in to pick up our order at the designated time and waited around awkwardly as there was no one to greet us. To be fair, staff seemed to be extremely busy and all were running around. Finally, I flagged down the host who told me she would check on the food. She came back and said it would be 10 minutes longer. No big deal. 15 minutes later, we walked in and our food was ready! We grabbed our bags and headed back down. I guess it's not standard to put napkins and utensils inside a carry out order anymore! Back upstairs we went. My friend asked the bartender to see if we could grab utensils...the bartender rudely shooed her off and said that the host handles that. Unfortunately the host was nowhere to be found. Which is why we asked her to begin with. I found a stack of napkins and utensils at the host stand and we made our way back down without speaking to anyone else. There were about 3 parties waiting to speak with the host... And for the food. I ordered the burrata and the Gnarly Nutter burger. The burrata was actually delish flavor wise. The burrata itself was yummy and the heirloom tomatoes were flavorful. The weirdest thing was that the burrata came with burger buns for the bread...like...what? Burger buns are not an appropriate vehicle for burrata. The burger itself was alright. I wasn't super impressed. The idea is cool - to have peanut butter in a burger - but overall the burger was a bit dry. So...overall not a great take-out experience. read more
