I just called today just to ask how much for their massage services. Not friendly customer service. Rude.

I had to share this because it truly helped me, and I know it can help someone else…read more I was dealing with severe pain in my right shoulder that was radiating down my arm into my wrist. It had gotten so bad that I couldn't even move my arm behind my back to button or zip my dress. The stiffness and pain were overwhelming, so I decided to try a deep tissue massage at a local place near our house and I'm so glad I did. We found Grand Massage in La Mirada and decided to give it a try since it was local. We called ahead, and they were able to take us as a walk-in within 30 minutes. We arrived for a 7:30 PM appointment (they close at 9 PM), and the experience started off smooth. The atmosphere is dimly lit, calm, and relaxing, though not overly fancy, more quaint and comfortable. What stood out to me was the music lol it wasn't the typical spa sounds. Instead, they played soft instrumental versions of artists like Elton John and Cyndi Lauper, which gave it a unique and surprisingly different vibe. My daughter and I did a couples massage, and they placed us in a cozy private room together. ‍ The Massage Experience: My therapist, Sunnle, was absolutely amazing. She asked about my pressure preference, and when I said I was in pain she offered medication (which I declined) but I did ask for a deep tissue with firm pressure, and she delivered! She worked through the knots with precision and strength, even using techniques where she applied deeper pressure from above the table. I chose the 70-minute combo (40 min body + 30 min foot massage), and every minute was worth it. The hot stones added an extra level of relaxation and muscle relief. My daughter had a 60-minute full body massage with Yoyo, and she said her experience was just as great. The Results: This is the part that shocked me... Immediately after my massage, my range of motion was improving. I could move my arm again without that intense pain and stiffness. I felt like a completely different person! Pricing: * My massage (70 min combo): $55 * My daughter's (60 min full body): $50 * Total: $109 for both of us That is an incredible value, especially compared to high-end spas that charge that much for just one session. Important Note: Tips are expected (not optional), so just be prepared for that. However, the service absolutely deserves it. Final Thoughts: If you are dealing with pain, tension, or limited mobility, I HIGHLY recommend this place, especially if you can book with Sunnle or Yoyo. This was hands down one of the best decisions I've made for my health and body, and I will definitely be returning. 10/10 experience. Relief, value, and results!

The lady sucks at massages and she would leave and come back every few min to another room to talk to someone or something. I wasn't sure if the place was open at first because the building is in the process of being renovated. I entered the lobby and was greeted by a Chinese lady named Sophia. I asked for a 30 minute massage and paid the $40 house fee. Sophia led me back to one of the rooms and left to allow me get undressed. After a few minutes, Sophia returned and began the massage. She asked me if I wanted the massage hard, medium or soft. I opted for medium because I was afraid of too much pressure causing the kink in my neck to get worse. Sophia did a great job of gently breaking up the knot in my neck while applying just the right amount of pressure to my shoulders and arms. It felt wonderful! She worked my lower back too since I told her it was also sore. Before I knew it, the 30 minutes was up and massage was over. In hindsight, I wish I had opted for an hour massage. Sophia did an awesome job and gave a professional massage from start to finish. I'm not sure when I will be in the area again but I would definitely recommend this place if you need a good massage.

K Spa is in a corner shopping area with a big parking lot. It was surprisingly busy on Saturday but I was able to find parking. The staff were very friendly. As soon as I entered the locker area I was greeted by one of the staff that asked me if it was my first time. She showed me where all the different areas were. The facilities were pretty clean. It was a busy day but it did not feel overcrowded. Everyone was really respectful and it was not too loud. I like that they provide some common amenities such as toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, hairspray, and qtips. I brought my own shower supplies and they had convenient baskets where I could place my products while I showered. They constantly brought out fresh towels as well. The towels are small so if you want a bigger towel you should bring your own. Inside the women's area they have warm bath, hot bath, cold bath, steam sauna, and dry sauna. They also have a seated and standing shower area. The scrubbing area is in the back past the pools. They have a clock so that you can keep an eye out for your appointment time. But the scrubbing women do come out and call out for your number. I got called in a little before my appointment time. They do recommend you arrive 30mins before your appointment to soak in the tubs. The body scrub was really nice and the lady was very nice. It was a relaxing scrub with a good amount of pressure so I felt that she was getting the dead skin off. They also put product on your face and hair. The hair/head massage felt really nice and the products left my hair feeling soft. They give you an envelope to tip but they also have zelle and venmo if you do not have cash. The common area is smaller than the other spas I have been to but very nice. I did enjoy the salt room. Everyone was really respectful and kept pretty quiet. There is also a kiosk where you can order from the cafe. They text you when the order is ready and you have to go back out to the front to pick up your order. They provide slippers for you to put on and then you can bring the food back to the common area. The kiosk has limited options. For more food you can go to the restaurant itself with your spa clothes. The restaurant is very small so gets busy quickly. The food is delicious though.

There was also an ice room with "do not touch" signs that felt a little sketchy, especially with kids around made me a bit uneasy.
