I brought my C300 in for service, upon picking the vehicle up I noticed the right, front passenger side wheel and tire was not in the same condition as when I dropped it off. After several attempts to have the wheel and tire repaired due to their negligence during the after service test drive (that we didn't opt for or was told it would be driven), unfortunately Trevor refused to make this right. Additionally, I asked to see the before pictures and video that was mentioned on the phone, but was told there wasn't any. Any time a car goes in for service, a detailed report is completed by the technician, but I was told they do not do this. That's a bit concerning to me. For myself, I've lived in the Tampa area on and off but have taken all of my recent vehicles here for anything from oil changes to AC replacement to brake work etc. The only time I go to the dealership at this point is to utilize the car warranty. Otherwise I've had two instances (AC replacement and transmission) where I got 3 local quotes (incl Sears and a local AC/Transmission shop) where Love's Goodyear beat them all in pricing. I find the front desk staff and manager to be most honest which is the hardest thing to find in the auto repair industry.
