One I needed gone forever was highly embedded in black ink (a well-done tattoo, but one I regretted getting). I chose Chelsea for my cover-up not only for her incredible work, but she had the best cover-up work I seen! I presented her with some ideas I saw online, all with a similar theme of a mandala with flowers. She drew something up for me, using pictures of real lily flowers (my fave) she had growing from her previous home and I loved it and was ready to go. This took a few sessions due to the detail she puts into her work. If you want something worthwhile, especially a cover-up, please go for quality and detail over "saving money" or you will regret it! You will also enjoy listening to music here and she will put up a room divider to cover you if someone comes in, or someone is there with another client, so you won't be seen if say you have a vulnerable or private part of your body exposed. There is no one else I would go to for tattoos after my sessions with Chelsea. I can't say I regret the tattoo she covered up ... it's what led me to this cover up which is my absolute favorite tattoo! This picture is almost 2 years healed.

Had to search for her number and reach out she didn't even offer to take them out and didn't even give a partial refund when they messed up because of her and she tried to blame it on the healing process. Literally got recommended to go to express yourself (they were amazing) by someone in the shop who also said what she was doing wasn't okay and had to go to cowpok (also amazing) to get them out. She fully ghosted me and didn't even offer anything. Both of the other piercers I went to confirmed it was faulty handling and inappropriate length jewelry. I was thinking of going back up but I don't think that would do anything. Everyone else here seems nice so I would only go for tattoos NEVER GO HERE FOR A PIERCING.

When I went to meet him at his shop at the agreed date and time he isn't there and one of his employees tells me he had a family emergency. Okay, I understand. I grab his number and start arranging for another date to meet up for my consultation. He stops talking. Radio silence. No explanation. I assume he's busy, so I let it go and try again a few weeks later. I do this twice. Nothing. Chris is entirely unreliable and unprofessional and I do not recommend doing business with him. There are several tattoo shops much more worthy of your time and money who are willing to put in the time and effort to earn your business, especially in Buffalo. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME.
