The turnover of merchandise is crazy. The store is clean and organized and have reasonable prices so if that's not what your looking for then it may not be for you! I pulled up to unload a few donations, which took less than a minute, and the employee immediately complained about my truck's exhaust and told me I needed to shut it off. I understand being mindful of air quality, but the interaction felt unnecessary and came across as rude, especially considering how quickly I was unloading. A little kindness and appreciation toward people donating their time and items would go a long way. I understand the concern about exhaust, but the way it was addressed felt unnecessarily abrupt. I was unloading for less than a minute and would have appreciated a polite request rather than being told what I "need" to do next time
