I joined Sola shortly after it opened. I had been searching for the perfect gym for what felt like…read moreforever, but I knew I was going to join Sola before my tour had even ended. Sola used to be perfect- clean, free (included in the membership) fitness classes, fitness trainers ready to assist, a smoothie bar with post-workout snacks, a pool, etc. The gym is very clean, and there is a very large variety of equipment that is available for use. There is an indoor track for running/ walking, that loops around the perimeter surrounding all of the exercise equipment. There are 3 studios for the variety of classes that are offered. These are always clean and well maintained. Yoga mats, exercise balls, cycling bikes, etc. are provided for use during these classes. The locker rooms are sanitary, and are regularly maintained by the staff. Shampoo, body wash, towels, mouthwash, q-tips, lotion, and blow dryers are all provided for use in the locker rooms. On the main floor, through each of the locker rooms, there is a jacuzzi, a therapy pool, and a regular pool with lap lanes. On the weekends Sola hosts family days where small children are allowed to splash around in the pool. Ever since the new management has taken over, there have been some obvious changes- not all necessarily for the better. The first, most noticeable change was a price increase in the membership. If it goes up any more I honestly don't know if the price can be justified. The fitness trainers seem to work fewer hours or are just harder to find. They are definitely knowledgable, and want to work with you and get to know you. There used to be at least 2-3 fitness trainers on the floor at any given time, but today I'm lucky if I can find one! The original instructors for the Zumba classes seemed to be a lot more lively and the classes were more full. There was such a great variety of music that everyone- all ages- could listen to and dance to. I felt like I was definitely getting a workout. Nothing against the current instructors, but i've slowly stopped attending the fitness classes because they've gotten boring. I haven't tried any of the paid classes yet, but maybe that's where all the fun has gone... The most annoying part of the change in new management was their social media/ membership outreach campaign. When I signed up I made the mistake of giving them my cell phone and my home phone. For at least a 2-week period I would get non-stop robo calls about joining Sola. I was already a member! This giant marketing push has really detracted from Sola's core values, and has really left a bad taste in my mouth. Please bring back the old Sola!

I've been enjoying going--lots of different equipment focusing on different muscle groups, great classes, and the staff are kind and helpful! Thanks Deborah, for walking me through a great registration process and answering all my questions!

I got the Kalicious with kale apple, banana, strawberries, and ginger, and it tasted Amazing!!!! The nice lady who greeted me at the door walked me through everything. They also have nice healthy snacks such as granola bars and vitamins and protein powder you can buy if your running low. There was also a workout class going on which seemed quite fun as well. Either way I'll definitely be back to try more yumminess! Have a yelperific day!!

So impressed I almost overlooked the almost $10 price tag after adding the protein (extra $2 compared to extra $1 at other smoothie shops) which is the reason for the 4 star. I had it for breakfast and it filled me up for the morning, so definitely a good meal replacement. The taste of the smoothie and friendliness of the staff kept my review from a 3 star. Don't know if i would make it a regular stop for that price tag, but I would stop again.

I started with Class Action Fitness thinking it would be like past routines flirting with the gym…read more I'd work out for a few weeks - maybe a few months - overdo it, stop and revert to couch potato physique. There is no way Claire would let that happen. Her knowledge and concern for her clients are both exemplary. Over the past year, I've done one on one training, small group fitness sessions and a couple of massages at Class Action and have been extremely happy with all of it. I always feel I've gotten more than my money's worth with Claire and her staff. If you want gizmos or pickup lines, try the big box club. If you want to work out with great guidance, expertise and with a small group of good people, check out Class Action Fitness.

Best massages I've ever had!!…read more Ineta is the best there is! All of my massages are nothing short of perfection, and I am always left happy and relaxed :) Another thing I love about Class Action is their customer service. I am HUGE on customer service, and I rarely write reviews unless I've had an outstanding experience. I had purchased a Groupon for a 90-minute hot stone, and I ended up getting a 70-minute deep tissue instead. Don't get me wrong, the massage I got was incredible, and I also probably should have said something right away, but having grown up in the business industry (my dad owns a restaurant), I find that as a business owner, you want to know those types of things. So I contacted Clare just to inform her about what happened (I was maybe expecting a slight discount on my next massage), but she ended up giving me a complimentary 90-minute massage. She was so genuine, and that far exceeded my expectations. I was so grateful that she did that for me. All in all, I HIGHLY recommend Class Action Fitness for massages. Ineta does an amazing job, and both Clare and Ineta are absolute gems.
