I also asked if they could please put me back in the original type of contacts I'd worn for 10yrs (and asked for), and they wanted me to come back a week later, and charge me again - for them not listening the 1st time. I KNOW what works, after 30yrs of contacts, another visit just wastes more of my time, and insurance resources. This place is a scam. They don't listen, and are only interested in getting you for every penny they can. They also overcharged my daughter too. They have made ZERO effort, or apology to fix this. I'm still without contacts, and have subpar glasses. I'd ABSOLUTELY go somewhere else.

All was a waste of time because they didn't happen to mention they charge new patients $150!! They called it a co-pay. My insurance doesn't say anything about a co-pay. I wanted my time and gas because not only was I not told about a co-pay, but I didn't expect to pay $150. Most people would have like to know something like that before hand. Also when I left i the office back to get a better understanding of this "co-pay" and how they need to tell people up front because this is something they are charging and how my time was completely wasted they were rude as hell and unapologetic.

Location was closed during my appointment time and the number I called rescheduled me for half hour after the confirmed appointment time. Once someone finally arrived, I was told they actually do not have a doctor on-site so I'd need to go somewhere else for that. This place may be ok if you need prescription glasses only but if you need to see an actual licensed optometrist, go somewhere else. Waste of time.

On oct 2nd my mother in law ordered glasses from this office unfortunately on oct 4 th she passed away oct 5th my sister-in-law called and informed the office and asked that the order be canceled she was told that it would not be a problem and to expect a refund check,well she didn't receive a check so she followed up and was told there would be no refund when she asked to speak to Dr Cash she was given the run around and told he was to busy to speak to her .after several calls she spoke to the Dr who told her no refund and he certainly wasn't taking the loss .
