I'm always terrified of dentists, but Dr Franklin and Justin made it a piece of cake! They are both so comforting (sounds weird for dental procedures, but it's true). They both work so well in unison, they're very thorough, gentle, and never forget I'm a human sitting in the chair. They're so good at what they do that they don't cause any pain. I didn't feel the needle at all. I'm used to having bruising and pain after getting a crown, but I had zero discomfort afterwards. I can't say enough good things about Dr Franklin, Justin, and the whole office! I highly recommend them!

I specifically explained to the lady making the appointment that I have Delta Dental PPO which she said was accepted and my cleaning would be covered, I thought that was great being I was having a hard time finding someone locally that accepts my insurance with it being fully covered for a routine cleaning. I showed up today a few minutes early and after being greeted was asked if I done paperwork to which I replied I never received any. Hindsight, I knew paperwork would be required but didn't think nothing of it since it wasn't mentioned and could've been done in office. After replying I didn't receive paperwork via text, she looks at computer and says I opted out...I was never given an option to opt in or out of anything mind you, after calling to make an initial new patient appointment and receiving a call to confirm last week there was no other communication. Back to the appointment...I asked for physical forms to which it was said they're long papers and it's better to do it on my phone at this point I preferred to do the paper since time was ticking and I already took off work and had to get back. This lady put the papers on the counter, dropped the pen on top and says "there you go". So I stood there in shock almost cause One. I'm new here Two. The audacity of you to be rude just cause you didn't want to deal with paper Three. I Thank God for deliverance. Nevertheless, I filled out the paperwork rather quickly because again, I have to get back to work, then I thought to ask again about double checking my insurance to ensure the appointment is covered especially since what was supposedly done, wasn't & what just occurred. To which she come back and say it'll be $105...I beg your pardon. I said I specifically explained to the rep when I made the appt what insurance I had and if it would be covered & is there a way to see who made appt. She (Stacy) said she's not sure where the confusion was...I asked who made appt she says "let's just say I made appt" WHAT!? I asked, did you make the appt, she said yes. Then YOU maam are the problem, you Stacy caused this confusion, you Stacy told me misinformation & caused me to take off work for nothing and tried to get me to pay for a cleaning. Absolutely not!! I reminded Stacy of her rude behavior and I left to never return again. What a terrible way to treat a potential patient. To everyone, Please go elsewhere and save yourself a headache. If the actual dental care is anything how Stacy was, I wouldn't dare let them even look in my mouth.

They take the time to get to know you as a person as well as a patient. It's not many places that I can go to twice a year and they know me by name when I walk in the door. Nanette is one of those people. Glenda and Christina (and just recently Whitney) are great with customers and go a long way to putting you at ease. Glenda and I trade recipes... Christina grew up with my oldest daughter... so they're almost like an extended family, they're THAT great. Dr Argo also remembers you from visit to visit, and is always quick to spend a minute chit chatting with you, and not at all making you feel pressured or rushed. Overall, Dr Argo's office is a wonderful place to get your dental care.

So we have been looking for a dental service that does dental and dentures. It's not an easy search. The dentist that I researched had bad reviews or too few reviews to be reliable. The dentist I found that had good reviews didn't accept our insurance. Things got desperate when my wife broke her dentures. We happened to be in Owasso when this happened. The first place I came across was Aspen Dental. We stopped and walked in without an appointment. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. We explained The situation with the broken dentures. She took them to the lab tech. Who said they can be repaired that same day. The sad part of this story is they do not accept our insurance. I left the dentures for repairs and left to wait for Aspen to call Informing me that the dentures were ready. I expected them to take a couple of hours to make the repairs. However I got the call in about thirty minutes. The denture repairs were great. I can't say anything about their dental work. All I can say is our experience with dentures repairs without an appointment was five star.

After going to the endodontist for a root canal I was supposed to be scheduled for a new crown to be put on. When I called they had no idea what I was talking about, and the lady on the phone was very rude and attempted to take the conversation off of fixing the issue and to make a personal dig stating if I "did what was supposed to" I "wouldn't be in this situation". The endodontist called Aspen Dental during my appointment and had gotten everything situated and said they were waiting on me to call, and this is what I was encountered with when I did call. This isn't my first issue with Aspen Dental as a whole. Never giving them a dime again!

I called his office and spoke with Joyce & made an appointment to meet with him. From the moment that I walked into his office I knew in my heart that I had made the right decision. Joyce greeted me with a beautiful smile, introduced herself asking if she could get me a glass of water, a blanket or if there was anything she could do for me. Bethany came and took me to the back; I received the same warm welcome from her. I began to tell Bethany my story she began writing everything down. When Dr. Lim came into the room he introduced himself and said "Sandi I am so sorry that you have gone through all of this I promise you that I will make you a set of dentures that will fit & that you will love," I began to cry I was so desperate at this time I had given up on ever having a beautiful smile again. We began the process that day; I have never been to a dentist that even came close to making me feel that I was his main focus. He spent two hours with me that day making my impressions. He checked everything rechecked everything he was so detailed. He told me that I had TMJ and that on my next visit he was going to give me a treatment to help me. After the treatment I felt so much better, I had been having headache for a long time and now I no longer have headaches. I saw him several more times during the process of making my dentures. When I received my dentures I cried again not sad tears but happy tear Dr. Lim has given me my life back. My teeth are beautiful and so is my smile. I smiled more in the first day of having my new dentures than I have in 20 years. Dr. Lim and his entire staff go above and beyond to make their patients comfortable. Dr. Lim is the most caring person I have ever met. He called me the evening after I received my dentures to check on me and see if I was having any problems.
