I arrived about 10 minutes late for my appointment but the ladies up front quickly checked me in without any issue. I was given some forms to complete as we were first time patients. My daughter and I didn't wait long before we were called back to begin our eye exams. The process was very simple, the assistant did a typical vision test with letters and a couple other tests on a machine. We were then placed into a room where we met Dr. Troung. He completed the rest of our vision exam and explained everything he was doing. I loved that he repeatedly asked if I had any questions. He was sincerely interested in making sure I was informed.
