Then when it came to selecting glasses we felt like he was pushy, rushing and dismissive. While we were at the office the pricing didn't seem right, but we were being rushed so we paid and left. I called my insurance company to clarify the charges. To start with my husband and I were both charged copays, my plan doesn't have a copay. Then upgraded services that I specifically advised I did not want were added to my order. I contacted Jeff after speaking to the insurance company, told him I was not happy, he tried to add on more charges! I cancelled our order and went back to the office to get a refund.
