From check in to eye exam to check out, it took 30 minutes. They have a machine they can use in lieu of dilating your eyes. It cost $35 and is definitely worth it. I've seen Dr. Stacy Phillips and Dr.Kirk during my annual visits. Both women are friendly and listen to you. If you're looking for a new eye doctor, highly recommend checking this place out. They also have an optical shop with a wide, variety selection of glasses for men, women & kids. On a personal note, Dr. Stacy Phillips was able to help me solve an on going issue with my left cornea by referring to another specialist doctor. I'm truly grateful for her for helping me resolve with what I thought was an "issue I just had to deal with" for the rest of my life.

There are cool frames to look at if in need of a new or updated pair of glasses. The complete exam takes only about 30 minutes from start to finish and I choose to pay extra for the ocular machine versus drops. Once finished I can order my contacts or glasses right then. They go out their way to help you get the particular eyeglasses frame you like or suit you best. Doctor Bloodgood is a godsend angel to help you see better -- she is definitely the best. She is so dedicated to her patients. Her level of services is very personalized, as opposed as other places where you are just another patient. I have unique vision problems and she is so patient with me and answers all my questions with clarity. After my last visit to her office, she took her time to research for me which visual assistive equipment (out of thousands available in the market) would help me better based on my needs and lifestyle. The office sent me a text with her recommendation. My wife is also completely satisfied with the level of service at Whitesell. The first pair of glasses were not helping her with her visual needs. They assisted her to select another frame based on her needs and personal preference, no questions asked, no hassles. She is very happy with her prescription and eyeglasses frame. Absolutely unprofessional in the extreme. I came in for an exam and to get a pair of glasses and…read moresunglasses. The normal eyeglasses arrived a week later, no problem. The sunglasses were another story entirely. Over the span of 4 months, I was told that the lab was having a difficult time making the glasses I ordered, that they messed them up and had to restart, that another lab was going to make them, and many other excuses. Not once was I given an update on the status of the glasses except when I went in or called myself. Finally, I was given the option to come in and order an entirely different pair of sunglasses or accept a refund. For my trouble, I was given a check for $88, about 20% of what I paid originally for the visit. I was told that the regular glasses were $250 and the sunglasses only $88. That makes no sense. This place is terrible. They screw up and refuse to admit it. They do not give a crap about customer service. Avoid at all costs.
