Britt is so kind and easy to talk to, and she does a great job of explaining the process and the products she's using. The micro-needling was pretty simple and quick. It's slightly painful on the first session, but the numbing cream she uses helps with that and it gets better with successive sessions. She takes photos before and after so she can keep track of your progress and recommend treatments or products based on your needs. She doesn't sell products there which always makes me feel better, like she's really recommending the best thing for you, not just because she's selling it. Healing went well and my skin looks better than ever! She says she can age you backwards and honestly, I believe it. She does a good job of explaining aftercare and answering any questions you may have. She also does a quick check up two weeks after your first session just to make sure things are going well. I believe the boutique is currently in a transitional space while she waits on another spot to open up nearby. I can't wait to visit once that happens, I'm sure it will be even more relaxing and lovely. The package was suppose to be a total of 10 treatments of the neck/lip&chin/jawline and 8 treatments of the underarms, I finished all my treatments at the beginning of September of this year and with results I was not very happy with. I was still having a hair growth in all the hair with very very minimal thinning in any of the areas. When I the receptionist asked me about my treatments I told her that I did not have the results I was wanting. She told me the nurse was not in and gave me a number to text and to include pictures of the hair growth, a few days later I texted the number including pictures. I never heard anything back. I called the store a few days later and again the nurse was not available and they would reach out. I called the store three times and each time no nurse or anyone higher than the receptionist returned my call. This is not the first time that I've had an issue with this store. They called me the day before an appointment asking me to reschedule because there was no nurses available. Once after a visit I could not schedule an appointment for my next visit because there was no receptionist there only the nurse.
