Delicious Americano, made right! Strong, hot, smooth, and no bitterness in the roast.

Once you've savored a recyclable chalice filled with The Goat's finest offerings, you'll find that other ground brown beverages of a Starbuctic nature pale in comparison. Oh yes, the review points and what not: * The ambience is ambient, the kind of place where you'd enjoy sipping coffee. * The staff is chill; the kind of peeps you'd love sharing a coffee with. * The bean water is pinky-lifting tastebud euphoria that both longtime locals and recently relocated Californians can enjoy. In conclusion: Say goodbye to overpriced green mermaid coffee and say hello to overpriced small business coffee. Trust me, it's just better. But I digress... Make haste, you mortals. Turn off your blue-screened dystopian brain-rot box and get thine tuchus to this location immediately. But again, I digress... Despite their post-Christmas eggnog drought-- 5 out of 5. Would recommend.

My go-to is usually the Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso, but due to the cold weather, I have been craving something warm. Thankfully, the Cortado was an option and consisted of the same things I love from my usual order. The Cortado itself was at the perfect temperature and was smooth, with just enough brown sugar flavor that did not completely get rid of the taste of the espresso. I will say this drink is definitely smaller than expected at 8 fl oz. Honestly, it worked out better for me since I tend to struggle with finishing larger sizes. When I went inside to pick up my order, I immediately noticed how cozy it felt inside. Compared to other locations I have been to, I felt very comfortable and think it's the perfect environment for people to sit and work. The employees were also very kind and instantly greeted me. While $5.43 does feel a little expensive for such a small drink, I think it is worth it if you need a quick pick-me-up. Overall, I would definitely get it again and would recommend it if you want something warm and espresso-forward.

Jamming the credit card machine in my face and telling me I could "leave a tip or not" isn't the best approach. I downloaded the app and ordered tater cakes, two womelettes, and a cortado with brown sugar syrup. The total ended up being around $32, which I honestly did not think was that expensive. When checking out, I was disappointed to only see a card and PayPal option, as I use Apple Pay for everything. It would not save my card information, and I tried to save it for 10 minutes before closing the app for the 5th time, and then the option for Apple Pay randomly appeared. When I picked the order up, the staff kindly greeted me. I said I had a mobile order, they got it, and that was it. Quick and easy, which is how I prefer. The inside was really clean and cozy, and I wished I had eaten inside instead of in my car. For the food itself, it was fine. The tater cakes seemed to be tater tots pressed in a waffle maker. I did like the womelette, but it tasted like nothing special, like something I could make at home. The salsa and sour cream made it better, though it was a little cold, even though I picked it up on time. I could not drink the cortado. I added brown sugar syrup, but barely tasted it, and it was too bitter. However, I am used to flavored cortados. There were other menu items that caught my eye, so I would definitely give it another try.
