I really wanted to recommend this location but management ALWAYS seems to not schedule enough people to staff during the day. Stopped by at noon on Saturday. Placed an order for 2 coffees, half dozen donuts a sandwhich and hashbrowns. There were two people working. The gal behind the counter was brand new and didn't know how to make sandwiches or how to make the drinks. She got the donuts and moved on to the next person in line. Second employee was literally tasked with doing EVERYTHING else (taking drive through orders, making sandwiches, drinks, etc). When the first girl asked me 15 minutes after taking my order if she could help me the other person said she didn't have time to train her on how to make the food right then. Why in the world do you have only one trained staff member for a weekend shift?! I felt bad for both of the staff but management is a disaster and sets the crew up for failure. Better to not even be open than to piss off your customers with literally waiting 24 minutes for service and repeatedly have to tell them what I am waiting for. I'm a general manager in food service and almost everytime I've come to this location, it has been awful. As someone who works in food and customer service, I understand being understaffed and doing the best you can with the schedule you were dealt, but there has been consistently 3-4 people working and the wait times are still 10-20 minutes through the drive through. While I was sitting at the window waiting for my most recent order, I saw 3 people walk past other than the person at window and the did not look to be in a rush at all. The person at window called my order out to them twice before they started making it. They apologized about the wait and I said "all good. Im assuming you guys are understaffed." And the guy said there's about 4 people here. I don't mean to stand on my ivory throne, but I can do $500-$1000 in sales on 4 people and still have better customer service and service times than what I received from this location. I'm not sure if it's a scheduling issue, or a lack of training issue, or just hiring people who don't care, but I won't be returning to this location any time soon. read more

A worker (possibly a manager couldn't tell by the way she was acting) with glasses, mid 30's did not give the best service. My sister and I went to get our usual, ice caramel coffee with cream and sugar. Normally we go to the one on duplex (should've done that) order our usual and they did not put cream and sugar in it after we ALWAYS order it like that. They then proceed to try and blame it on us and say yea they don't come with cream and sugar, yea we know we always say cream and sugar. I have been here several times, paid to visit there today. I ordered the same thing every time. And that would be a mocha blast. The time before last I got one that had nothing but ice chips and you could not drink it. So today when I placed my order, I asked them to please make sure, they blend it properly because of the previous order. So get my order, they hand it to me and it's an inch short from the top. So immediately I said to myself OK I ordered this with no whip cream and now I feel like I got 5% less, why could they not fill it up. This is truly the worst dunkin I've ever been to. I ordered a matcha here and it was brown with chunks of something on top. I told the lady working the drive thru and she tried to tell me it's supposed to be brown. Recently I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and it was burnt on both sides and only had a quarters worth of cream cheese on it. The drinks are never correct, the food is always stale. Been to this location twice. First time I went in, the staff was friendly however my "hot" coffee was cold. Just decided to heat it up at home since I already had to wait awhile on it. Second time went through the drive thru since only one car ahead of me. Ordered 6 doughnuts: Strawberry frosted, glazed blueberry, old fashion, sour cream, Boston, cream, and pumpkin. I received: 2 coconut, an original glazed, chocolate frosted, a chocolate cake, and an old fashion. I obviously should've checked the order before I got home, my mistake. Management NEEDS to own up and fix this place. This is by far the worst Dunkin I've ever been to, from service to the actually beverages and food. I've been back multiple times before writing this review to see if anything would be corrected and it hasn't been. Now let's get to the details, every time you order a drink it comes out differently (example: one time with whip cream, one time without). Multiply times they've run out of expresso, donuts, and more items. Another time I ordered a donut watched the lady pick it up with her whole bare hand and then wrap it in the plastic and throw it in the bag. Also it seems weird that every time my wife and I get an iced coffee from here we've gotten sick. There are a few good staff members but most of them are rude and not pleasant. Walked into this place with my son. We were greeted right away by a very friendly employee who stated that it was her second day and said she would try and help us get some donuts. She did a fabulous job! The young lady who made my outstanding caramel iced latte did a wonderful job as well and was very friendly. I've been here a number of times, mostly for ice cream. All the food is very good. However, anytime there is a line for ice cream things get crazy. At every other Baskin Robbins I've ever been to people walk through the door, line up, and then someone takes the order and prepares the order. Typically your Ice cream is ready in your hands when you get to the register. Here people have a tendency to go to the register and order and pay before receiving their ice cream. This results in people blocking the register and the line. Today things were even worse. Only one register was open for both donuts and ice cream. So things became very hectic with people lining up for 1 register from 2 different directions. They need to implement a system for checkout and stick to it. Once this change is made this Dunkin/BaskinRobbins would deserve a 5 star rating. read more

Downloaded the Dunkin Donuts app and placed an order for my work. I ordered a dozen donuts (I chose different kinds on the app). Then I ordered 6 bagels: 3 plain and 3 multigrain, cut and 6 cream cheeses on the side, and one more plain bagel toasted with butter. I then added a large frozen coffee drink. I placed my order on the app and said I would be there in 20 minutes. Well, I got there and nothing was ready. I thought ok, that's fine, it won't take long to bag a few donuts and throw in a few bagels. Wrong. I was wrong. The girl at the window handed me a little brown bag. I thought ok, this must be my plain toasted bagel with butter (that one was for me). I opened it and saw the saddest little plain donut I've ever seen. I think it was their traditional kind?? So I asked her very nicely if they had my order from the app I sent in and she said...verbatim...with the classic eye roll..."Just give me a second." And she closed the window. Oh...ok. I am one of the most patient people and I never get frustrated with fast food employees because I understand how busy and rushed then can be. But this store was empty. Ok, young one, I will give you your second. About 3 minutes later a young man comes to the window and tells me they do not have any multigrain bagels and he only has plain. Then he proceeds to hand me a box of 12 donuts; none of which were on my order. So I said, okeeeeee I will take whatever you have. Really at this point I was going to be late for work so I just wanted to leave and forgot any of this happened. He then hands me a box of 4 plain bagels and 6 cream cheeses. If you look at my original order above...you would see how bad this turned out. All in all, I wish I could say this was my only negative experience with this particular store, but I can't. They really just need to hire better employees. If you onboard employees who truly care about customer experience, little mishaps like this one I spoke of, won't happen, or at least, will be apologized for. I live right around the corner from this location. In the last few months they have been advertising that they carry cold brew coffee. Almost EVERY TIME I go, they do not it. Once visit, the woman on the intercom said, "the night shift people did not feel like making it last night. So we do not have it today". I could not believe it! Along with not having items they advertise, if you go to the locations drive thru, you better be prepared to sit in the line for 20+ minutes. It's disappointing to have such an inconsistent experience at this Dunkin Donuts. Today was yet another example. Kids are excited to go to one of their favorite fast food breakfast places. We pull up and order our entire meal, only afterwards to be told they are out of eggs? Pretty sure that fact was known prior to us ordering. This is just one example of a typical experience here. I'm past counting on my fingers and toes how many times I've ordered to find out that my order is not correct. Hopefully the new Dunkins coming in to town provides a better experience. Finally my turn to order and they ask me to wait. Wait another five minutes to order. Pull up to the window and they take my payment and hand me my coffee. The sandwiches I ordered weren't ready so they ask me to pull up and hey will bring me food when it is ready. I wait another ten minutes and realize they are not coming out. I go inside where I find the gentleman behind me had received my order and his order, both of which were incorrect. They remake his order and then tell me they ran out of the original bagels we'd ordered. At the end of it all I end getting food, not what I ordered, after a 45 minute experience.
