"Most stress free car buying experience I have had!"…read more Both by in-laws and my brother in-law have purchased vehicles from Phil and have had fantastic experiences. My wife and I were looking for Suburban to cater to our 3 growing boys and Phil drove us to a lot where we could check some out. We didn't find some that day but Phil took it upon himself to go back to the lot later that week as their were more cars that were being shipped in. Based off the feedback he got from us he was able to select a Suburban that was absolutely perfect for our family at a very fair price. Overall Phil was fantastic and my wife couldn't be more happier ( happy wife-happy life ). I look forward to doing business with Phil again in the near future! Joey Flores

The vehicle I went to see did meet my needs and the low mileage and like new condition exceeded my expectations. But the real value in my visit was the experience Automotive Search, and specifically Gretchen Born delivered. Gretchen was friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable and focused on what I wanted not only from a vehicle but from the service they strive to deliver. The transaction was simple, thorough and efficient, and their attention to detail and prep of the vehicle for delivery was very complete. Looked like a brand new car. I highly recommend Gretchen and Automotive Search and will use them in the future.

It's been a month since we purchased an SUV from this location and we absolutely love our purchase…read more From scheduling our appointment, to a very short and brief period of paperwork, we walked off the lot with our new baby on four wheels! We have already traveled near and far with our new vehicle and got a follow up call from Mason, our customer service rep. Nick, and his team polished our car and also made our interaction quick and easy. We did have to drive another location to complete paperwork, however, the distance was only 4 mins away.

I bought two vehicles from this dealership in 2020 everything was great! Except for the cars. They…read moreoffer a two month 2,000 mile warranty which is great! And you would think for a dealership with a service dept on site they would diagnose and correct all of the problems before they sell the vehicles, but they don't. They either patch them up and hope you don't notice for two months or I have the worst luck in the world. The vehicle I bought myself ended up being in the shop for at least a month after I discovered it's issue. Thank God I found it a week before my warranty was up or I would have been on the hook for the $5,000 it cost to fix the problem. But it didn't come without a fight. It took the dealership two attempts to fix the vehicle. The first time they fixed the wrong thing, and when I told them I was still having the same issue they told me they weren't going to fix it. We eventually got on the same page and they took my vehicle for another two weeks and finally repaired it. For that I'm grateful. But now the vehicle I bought my grandmother had the check engine light come on. Mechanic comes out to give it a tune up and finds the spark plugs are covered in oil. Boom! It needs a new valve seals. My mechanic says "it looks like it's been this way for quite some time". I bought the car less than a year ago. Unfortunately the warranty has expired on this vehicle. So I'm on the hook for this one. I'm not saying don't buy a vehicle from this dealership. But I am telling you to take your car to a mechanic as soon as you drive it off of the lot to find any issues before your warranty expires. Because from my experience it doesn't seem to me like their service department has their customers best interests at heart.

I had scheduled fluid changes for my vehicle. The work was scheduled for Tuesday but I was called…read moreby the service manager and informed that the technicians (two) had called "out". I was asked if the vehicle could be kept another day and I agreed. On Wednesday morning, I received a text that work had begun. Around 3:50 in the afternoon, I had heard nothing so texted to get a status. The response was that they would be done in 45 minutes. I reminded the service manager about the fact that another dealership had suggested that the brake pads might need to be replaced. He texted that they were just starting the measures. No further texts came. Was the truck ready? I was expecting communication either that the brakes were good and I could get the truck or they needed work. Nothing. I texted after hours for an update and the service manager texted the next morning saying he had already told me the truck would be ready. When I got to the dealership, I was walked me through what was done per the paperwork and assured these were straightforward tasks and that I was doing the right thing by my vehicle. 10 miles from the dealer the radiator hose popped off - it hadn't been properly secured. The engine temperature alarm went off. I pulled over. I called the dealer who arranged to have the truck towed and a "loaner" provided. It took a while but eventually an older Dodge Dart covered with dog hair arrived. The service manager contacted me later that day and said everything was buttoned up and they would have one of their staff drive it up and exchange for the loaner. When I get in the truck the check engine light is still lit. So.. things weren't buttoned up and this kid just drove my truck for 30 miles with the check engine light on. I called a local parts store to ask about clearing the codes and mentioned I had had work done at Town and Country and his immediate unprompted response was "Sorry.". The next day I took the truck to another mechanic to have him review the work as I was headed out of town on a long trip in some remote areas. The fluid levels and plugs seemed ok, but the air filter I was shown wasn't. It's like they just don't care. I called and asked to speak with the General Manager who is also a part owner. He didn't pick up so I left a voicemail detailing the above and leaving my number in case he wanted to call back and discuss it. He did not.

Called and left a message several days before to double check my appointment time. No call back. Called again twice, early and late in the day, the day before and left two more messages asking about my appointment time. No response. Decided to just get there first thing to make sure I wasn't late. Got there and the service guy didn't seem too enthused about helping me. Then he says there was no record of my appointment, nor was there any record of the extensive descriptions to the multiple issues that the lady put into the system. He's like "so what's goin on with it?" I just said they didn't seem very professional and got my keys and left. Got up early and drove an hour for nothing. Prob a good thing because I had brought it in 3 yrs before when it was under warranty for the air recirculation not working and they said it was working fine. After leaving I checked it and it was still not working. Brutal. Thought maybe that since a big Denver dealer bought the dealership they would have a more professional operation with capable techs but apparently it's just a new name with the same people running it. Obviously would not recommend.

Brown to see what they could do and when I got there no one was at the reception desk (I did not make an appointment or anything) and a guy named Macy Marsh saw that I was in need and came out to see how he could help. Mind you I had no appointment, I just dropped in. So I told him what I was looking for in a jeep and he said to give him a little while and he would see what he could do. That same night he texted saying not only did he find one but that it had all the extras too and if I would be interested. I sure was. And to make a long story short he was able to get me the jeep of my dreams in about 48hrs of me coming in with no appointment. Macy and H.M. Brown really came through for me.
