The service team performed multiple upgrades and did everything possible to resolve the issues. Their service was excellent, but the truck still wasn't performing up to Ford's standards. This week, KC traded me into a new vehicle, first making sure that I was made whole in value on the original purchase. That level of support is truly rare and deeply appreciated. Called and left a message several days before to double check my appointment time. No call back. Called again twice, early and late in the day, the day before and left two more messages asking about my appointment time. No response. Decided to just get there first thing to make sure I wasn't late. Got there and the service guy didn't seem too enthused about helping me. Then he says there was no record of my appointment, nor was there any record of the extensive descriptions to the multiple issues that the lady put into the system. He's like "so what's goin on with it?" I just said they didn't seem very professional and got my keys and left. Got up early and drove an hour for nothing. Prob a good thing because I had brought it in 3 yrs before when it was under warranty for the air recirculation not working and they said it was working fine. After leaving I checked it and it was still not working. Brutal. Thought maybe that since a big Denver dealer bought the dealership they would have a more professional operation with capable techs but apparently it's just a new name with the same people running it. Made it home and ODBC reader indicated problem with fuel injector 4. Went online to make first available appointment which was 11 am on the Tuesday after the Memorial Day weekend. Made appointment without any problems and received email confirmation of appointment. Tuesday morning at 9:35 am received call letting me know that the Faricy Ford online appointment system was apparently not working correctly and that my appointment was cancelled with next available appointment on Saturday. I let Faricy Brother Ford know that I was leaving on Wednesday on an out of state trip and needed my vehicle fixed before the trip. I was not offered any possible solutions to their website problem and no concern was given to my requirements. Needless to say this will be the last time I use Faricy Brothers Ford and will drive to either Pueblo or Colorado Springs when I do need the services of a Ford dealership. Since this is the second time I have experienced less than satisfactory customer experience with the specific dealership when it comes time to buy my next Ford it will not be at this uncaring dealership.

I handled the financing from home too--filled out a quick form online and heard back within hours with a rate lower than anything I'd found shopping around myself. Once we found the car I wanted (a 2024 Mazda in perfect condition), wrapping everything up was incredibly easy. No hidden fees like you get at other dealers. The only time I had to visit their location was to pick up my car and sign a couple papers. This was my first time buying from H M Brown, but now I'm a customer for life.

HM Brown was aware that the other dealership had a buyer for the vehicle and was proceeding with the sale. The next day, when the dealership contacted HM Brown to arrange transportation, they were told that HM Brown had sold the vehicle to someone else. To be clear, this wasn't simply a situation where a vehicle happened to sell before we could buy it. HM Brown knew there was an active transaction involving the vehicle and another dealership, yet chose to sell it out from under that transaction. I understand that dealerships want to sell vehicles, but I also expect businesses to operate with integrity and honor their commitments. This experience made it very clear that I could not trust HM Brown Automotive to do so. I would not recommend this dealership, and based on this experience, I would be very hesitant to do business with them in the future.

They were asking just over $12k, she's paying $21,809.80 for it and it is worth $4,000 in excellent condition (which it is not). They refuse to take it back so we will be seeing them in court as it is illegal to sell a lemon in the state of colorado. They don't care that they're screwing people, all they care about is money in their pocket.
