This place is phenomenal. We had the best experience! The wine flights, grilled cheese, charcuterie board and desserts were all incredible! If you are reading this review deciding whether or not to go, GO! You won't be disappointed. Make a reservation if you can, it is an intimate space.

    A most transcendent, fresh burrata.

We cannot recommend this place enough. Service was attentive and knowledgeable. Food was incredible, whether it was cheese-based or not. Ambiance was elegant and but approachable. We plan to come by Sidney again just for this place.

What a find! A serious hidden gem. A cheese & wine bar/shop. A solid number of wines by the glass & bottle (both old & new). Incredibly friendly & knowledgeable staff who help guide you (if needed) through their menu. We sat at the bar and felt instantly comfortable. The vibe of the room is relaxed and fun. We had the charcuterie & cheese board (which they curated to our wines) but all the food that went out looked delicious. The grilled cheese (3 different options) looked out of this world. We will be trying next time. This place is a must!

Wonderful assortment of cheeses and wines, all delectable and delicious. Tried one of the red wine flights. Varied and all very good. Each wine tasting was presented with a card featuring the story of how the particular wine is made and tasting notes. As for cheeses, we had the Farmer's Board, which was a variety of 4 cheeses, sausages, pickles, quince paste, baguette, olives, pate, pretzel sticks and more! The 4 cheeses we had included a feta, truffle sheep cheese, goat cheese, and a cranberry cheese. Everything was absolutely wonderful. The cheese board and wine was plenty on its own. We just couldn't help ourselves and wanted more! We ended up getting a grilled cheese with salami as well. The grilled cheese was with the truffle cheese we had as a part of the board, but soooo good melted.

    My 2 favourite cheeses!

So happy to stumble along this new great business in Sidney that has only been open 1 month. They have an amazing cheeses selection. You can have a glass of wine and grab a bite to eat too.

    Farmer's cheese board - - delish!

This place just opened... I was patiently waiting. Lovely waitstaff, nice curated wine list, great wine and cheese flight options (local and from around the world, mostly Europe). You can also make your own cheese platter. We opted for the farmers cheese board (good for two snackers at $25)- - it had three selected cheeses with 2 paired meats, a pate, a fancy dried fruit and nut mix, gherkins (so tasty and obvs not your standard), jam and tapenade with crisp bread. I will Def be back to try more cheeses and some paired flights. I was surprised they had a grilled cheese section for the menu. So glad we stopped in for a snack. Lovely venue, too.

A variety of pantry items are also available to pair with one's fresh purchase. Support of local products is evident and appreciated. Cider and wine can be purchased to compliment cheese and crackers. Cheese can be purchased in pre-weighed rounds or by the ounce. I purchased the Queso Diablo, Basil Ladysmith and Dill cheese along with some crackers. Service was friendly. It would have been helpful choosing if samples were available.

Bring a cooler as you're going to buy a lot. The shop carries a lot of great products like wine, meat, soup bones, phenomenal salami and of course cheese. I loved it so much, I made a second trip just before heading back to Seattle. As much as I love a quick jaunt from Seattle, they do sell their products at two of Seattle's largest farmers markets and you can place orders online. The Gouda is next level!!! Run don't walk. This place will knock your socks off.

Come with me and you'll be In a world of pure imagination…read moreTake a look and you'll see Into your imagination Yes, to me, this place is the cheese equivalent of Willie Wonka's Chocolate Factory - cheese, glorious cheese, for your sampling pleasure. And not just any cheese, prize winning cheeses! After gorging ourselves on fruit wine and cheese samples we took our purchases, accompanied by Stryder, the adorable big black poodle farm dog, to their lovely picnic area. It even has a sink for you to wash your hands before you eat, since it is impossible to resist petting all of the baby animals that you encounter along the way. They provide a self-guided tour map for you to explore this working farm with very few limitations. They only ask that they respect their property and that you leave it in the pristine condition that you found it. For those familiar with their cheese products from stores or farmer's markets, this store sells some artisan cheeses that you won't necessarily find in the other stores. Their factory is undergoing a major refurb which will not be complete for a short while so we were not able to do a factory tour but that by no means diminished our visit.

One thing that surprised us was that there is a milk dispenser where you bring a 1L bottle to fill up or you can buy a 1L bottle from the farm. You do have to get a token. I'm somewhat lactose intolerant however I was able to drink this milk with no issues. Their cheeses are good so we got some to take home with us.
