I eat BBQ any and every time I travel which is a lot. I've eaten at some of " the best BBQ restaurants " and they don't come close to comparing with the Feed Hut. You WILL NOT find better BBQ anywhere!!!! We just moved to Grand Saline and we will be eating MANY meals here. The food is off the charts good. Brisket is smoked to perfection. So tender you can literally cut it with a plastic fork. Sides are incredible. Homemade BBQ sauce is a great compliment to the perfect meat. You will not go wrong spending your time and money here. I highly recommend it. You owe it to yourself to make the drive and try it for yourself. read more

What a great find our way through. Had a Frito Pie and a Cow Pie. Pretty similar. Both worthwhile. Nice deck with our dog welcome.

The BBQ baked potato is delicious! The only flaw is the few times we've ordered a pound of meat, it seemed to be very small, so we now order from a place in Mineola. We get far more food for the price point. read more

Saw a review for this bbq place and menu online. Saw they had Cajun boudin sausage what I had to check this place out. Close to downtown Grand Saline right across railroad track on right side next to tire shop. It's small building you walk up to the window and place your order. They have metal carport with wooden picnic table to eat outside. I waited in line and placed my ordered Cajun Boudin sausage, brisket street taco, Pinto beans with cornbread, mac n cheese and Large sweet tea. Wow it was so good smile on my face .I will be back for sure. Highly recommended. read more

This is a great place to come and have barbecue. All of the sides are great. Very comparably priced to what you would expect at a barbecue place. The owners have a real good idea on how to cook food I've got it down and you won't be disappointed when you come here. They have side dishes like baked potatoes that are loaded with your choice of meat which are massive in size. Well worth going to. read more

Wow!! Finally a great BBQ place! Had an amazing Frito Pie to go. We will definitely come back as a family because this seems to be an MSG free place! Nice dining area. Clean. I had brisket on the frito pie and it was great! Can't wait to go back and eat inside and have a full dinner! It was a cool building and low key. We were the first to arrive on a Saturday and promptly placed our order. Over 30 minutes later and our order came out. 2 of us ordered street tacos, one ordered a sausage sandwich, and another a stuffed baked potato. The food was good, but nothing that you couldn't get anywhere else. There was no reason for it to take that long, they had plenty of staff there and one kept going outside before we got our food. Others were just standing around. Mine and my mom's food was cold. I'm not sure what the hold up was, but I think we would have been better off at Red dome. read more

Way back when, my father owned this building as a feed store. It was great to be back in a building that most ranchers in Grand Saline visited at some point over the last 40 years. The BBQ was outstanding! Service was excellent as well! read more

Great BBQ brisket and sides. All is homemade. ..sauce, beans, mac and cheese. Seats are outside under a tent. Not fancy but taste that makes the trip worthwhile. And they also cater so keep them in mind for your next shindig. read more
