But hands down Mykella is by far one of the best barbers out there. All three get different cuts and she knocks it out of the park every time. Very fast and efficient. Walked in with no appointment, but they acknowledged that we didn't want to wait super long to get seen so they found someone to see us in just a few minutes. The ambience is great and very inviting. They have free snacks available while you wait (granola bars, Rice Krispie treats, and bottled wafer) so it felt really nice to feel pampered while lounging. The haircut was phenomenal - she did a fantastic job and really liked the way she styled it too. She was open for feedback and cut areas that we wanted to be shorter, more precise. She claimed she hadn't seen me waiting, despite walking past me several times. She also was apparently unconcerned that I waited almost a half hour for my appointment. I asked to speak with her supervisor, and was brushed off. Service quality has deteriorated with this establishment, and I can no longer recommend it.
