Gas station is a gas station, staff is pretty friendly. Be prepared to pay a .50 cent fee for using a card every time. They have a pizza place in there too that has slices or you can order ahead. read more

staff is extremely rude and inappropriate. I'm medically disabled - i have an LVAD machine that assists the left side of my heart to circulate blood- this requires a live wire to exit around my belly button which is then attached to 2.5 lb batteries that hang off a of a "vest" that i have to west constantly. in order for this to be comfortable as well as accessible i commonly have to wear a crop top. i walked into this store to simply purchase some gas and was abruptly verbally assaulted by the clerk in front of many casino customers asked to put on a shirt. no shirt no shoes no service is something we are all familiar with- that being said- a woman wearing a crop top is a shirt! i didn't show up nipples exposed like men who are asked to put shirts on. not only was i handled rudely but i was publicly shamed and denied entry due to the proper attire that i find most fitting due to my medical necessity. i asked for the manager- who stood strong in her clerks judgement about me needing something to put over all of my medical gear. curious why this establishment would like to isolate the handicapped. this was more than just rude but also discriminatory. shame on this store for its lack of training and knowledge around the proper legal handling of medically disabled. read more

Over priced charges a 50 cent fee for cards under 10 dollars. What a scam! The employees are not friendly. The place is very junkie. I don't know how the health department keeps them open. Tried to order 2x from Piccadilly Circus Pizza and what a joke.. First time I was told at 830 PM and they close at 9 that they were out of meats for the night. That night was a Friday. Second time I go in again at 830 and the ovens are already off. I see several pizzas in the to go rack and she tells me they are out of dough. I wanted to try the pizza once and only once. Will never go back in now. read more

This small gas station/ market is one of the best! They recently got a new pizza place and they have lots of assorted snacks/ drinks, I recommend stopping here if you want a quick snack or a drink. If you live very close I would recommend biking there! read more

Whenever I'm in Laughlin I always get my gas here. This place isn't glamorous or anything (then again, is anything in Laughlin something one WOULD consider 'glamorous'?) but it does the job, and in the end that's what it's supposed to do. Gas is reasonable and if you pay cash for it it's cheaper. They also offer discounts for locals too, I believe. The inside is favorable- they offer restrooms and a few old video poker machines and a decent enough selection of drinks, snacks, booze, and even some liquor. I really like that they offer a small selection of Krispy Kreme donuts here, so that's a nice touch. I've never experienced any issues in regards to rudeness or bad service; I've just been in and out w/ no hassles and that's all I needed. South Pointe is a quick and easy stop before or after you hit Casino Drive and, as long as that's the case along w/ it's hassle free nature, I will continue to return. read more

Worst GAS ever. Had one car that for several months after installing brand new fuel pumps, I only filled up here with premium. Fuel pumps failed. So replaced, not thinking much about it....even though my vehicle would ping and had no power. Next set of fuel pumps, again within the year fuel pumps needed replaced. This time mechanic said 'stop buying gas where ever it is you keep buying gas. It's ruing your fuel pumps'. So started filing up at Chevron. First, I noticed my vehicle had power and more miles per tank. Secondly, it's now been TWO years since my last fuel pump replacement on this vehicle and the vehicle is still okay now I'm not filing up here. I bought a brand new 2019 vehicle. Filled it for only 4 months at North Point Market (same gas, same owners) and my fuel pump failed, needed replaced. Had to tow vehicle all the way to dealership in Vegas. This is a completely different car and year as my other. The dealership said they have never seen a fuel pump fail in only 4 months. Opinion by mechanical experts not just my opinion. These mechanics said DONT USE THIS GAS IN ANY VEHICLE. It was very costly lesson. read more

My friend and I went into this gas station, which is just a short walk away from her apartment, to buy a couple of snacks and some alcohol. We're both in our late 20s. She's been there hundreds of times, and knows the employees by name. The man working tonight was extremely rude. My friend was in her pajamas, and didn't bring her ID. So he denied the sale and I couldn't buy it either since we were together, which is understandable, and we said we'd be back with her ID. His tone indicated that he thought we were full of it and wouldn't be back. We came back 15 minutes later, my friend went to the restroom while I sat at a poker machine. When she came out, he snapped at her saying she couldn't be gambling without her ID, that he told her already that she couldn't. She snapped back that she had her ID, and she wasn't gambling, she was standing in line to buy the alcohol. She told him what she wanted to buy, but he said he's not touching the alcohol until he sees ID, which she had set on the counter in front of him. She said she's trying to show it to him, and he says he has to read it, so takes it and looks at it like it's fake, taking his sweet time. I cashed out and went to collect my money from him. I handed him my ID, and he looked at mine with much scrutiny as well. All he had to do was say sorry, can't sell without ID, and when we came back, sold it without the attitude and suspicion. This guy shouldn't be working with the public. read more

While the previous poster had, unfortunately, experienced such negativty at this location, I have yet to be dissapointed in the service. In fact, quite the contrary. I went in with a friend one night and we picked up some beer - I did not have my ID on me, and so when carded, the lady behind the counter explained politely that if I were to get stopped with this beer on the way out by police, then not only would I get in trouble, but she too would lose her job. I completely understood her not wanting to risk her job for my pleasure. So instead of trying to convince her, I just said, "Look, I live fives minutes away, hold this for me and I'll be back with that ID." She agreed and so I went to retrieve it. Came back, she greeted me with a smile and we proceeded to finish the transaction with the proper identification. She tried apologizing for the hassel, but I would not let her. As this was the law, and those were my mistakes. So in turn, I apologized. I get that some places have regulars, but knowing people doesn't void the law. It is what it is, and I do hope nobody receives a horrid experience such as the one that was written in the first review of this place. Because that sounded awful to have to deal with such an unpleasant person. Only complaint I have about this places, is that some things don't sell and they end up sitting on the shelf so long that they actually near their expiration date. YUCK! But never once did I eat something expired from here. Old, stale and dry, sure, but not expired. So be cautious when buying SNACK foods. Everything else there seems to be fresh enough. read more

Love South Pointe Market. As a Laughlin local it's a great, quick place to pick up snacks and beer or wine. The prices are reasonable and the service is always personable and friendly. This is my go-to place on mornings when I don't have time to make coffee. Love the local feel and great service. Lowest gas prices in town, too! read more
