The first time I went in there I needed a fan shroud and a fan clutch for an F series from 1980 to 1996, they claim that they did not have it which is unlikely. The second time I was handed off between three different people and never could even find out if they have the parts I wish to purchase. The place is very unorganized and I don't think they'll be around very long if everyone is treated like I was.

After tearing down my motor, and putting it back together it would not run at all. They kept This vehicle for four months, and it barely ran for a block until dying. They also broke the wind shield. No oil pressure at all, and then they refused to look at it again. Total loss. The second vehicle had a mild overheating problem, but was running perfectly. After checking for issues I was told, sorry the car now does not run at all, and we don't know why. I went by the shop, and the cars electrical wires were all pulled apart in the engine compartment, with a brown gunk sprayed all over the side of the vehicle which they did clean off. After three months I was told that I had to tow the car out of the shop, but don't worry, no charge for making my car unrivaled. The receptionist has a horrible attitude also. They tried to get me to sign a waiver not to prosecute them. I was told that all of their mechanics have quit by the shop manager. I have NEVER seen a shop like this. On my final visit to the shop lobby, I overheard an elderly woman saying [my car was running when I brought it in]. Avoid at all costs!!​

I drove to my home in Bullhead City to enjoy 4 day weekend. Sunday, the day before I was to head…read moreback home, I waited in line at Sam's Club to fill up my gas tank. When it was finally my turn I pulled up to the gas pump and filled up. It was then when I noticed radiator fluid spilling out from under my vehicle. Opening the hood I could see that the over flow had come out of the radiator coolant reservoir tank. It was 4 miles to my home in Bullhead so I crossed my fingers, cranked up the heater and made it home. When I got home I started reading Yelp reviews for mechanics and found Actco Auto Repair. Being that it was Sunday and they were closed I decided I would drive over when they opened at 8 am Monday. About an hour before I drove over I filled up the radiator with water and the reserve tank with antifreeze. When I arrived I went inside the office and explained what happened the day before. Since the hoses did not leak they were going to pressure test the radiator cap and the radiator and would call me when they found out what was wrong. From the shop I walked 1.5 miles home and as I opened up the front door the shop called me. They told me that the radiator and the cap were fine but the fan clutch needed to be replaced. They told me that it would cost $260 and that it would be ready at noon. I told them to start the job and call me when they were done. To their word they called a little before noon and told me my vehicle was ready. I walked back to the shop and when I arrived they explained what was done. They were very friendly and I felt the cost was very fair. Now I drive a 1994 Ford Explorer that has 284,000 miles on it. I always keep it well maintained. It's good to know that I found a honest auto shop that I can take it to if needed. So the next day I drove 264 miles home to Pasadena across the desert without a problem. Thank You Aatco

Her AC hadn't been touched in years, and out where she lives it gets rather hot. Made an appointment, dropped it off, it was serviced and done when they said it would be. Price was very reasonable, and she is happy her lil mini is blowing ice cold air! Would recommend this place to any of my friends and family. It is hard to find respectable automotive shops, and this place fits the bill on every level.
