First Solution Garage Door Repair responded quickly and was able to inspect the garage door within a few hours. Repair estimate was costly so I opted for a new garage door system - new springs and insulated garage door with a new garage door opener. They actually could install the new system that day but prior commitments conflicted with a late same day installation. The day of installation, the repairman arrived at 6:50 AM with no call to notify of this early arrival. The early start actually fit into our schedule but a call would have been nice. We opted for a quality garage door and a Lift master opener. The new garage door is a lot quieter that the old door which is good. Nevertheless, the value will be judged great if the system lasts over 10 years. We got the new system installed for $2,987 and we did not have time to get multiple bids. read more

I was able to get the service completed before noon, which is very speedy( I was concerned that I will need to have my garage open the whole time) technician came by and explained in details what the issues are and provide me with both short term and long term solution. Really can't say enough good things about these guys - polite, professional, and thorough. Our neighbor needed his garage door motor replaced, and knew that we needed a tune-up (at least).
