How do you not realize you're out of town, book two appointments, and then bail twice last minute? Giant red flags. Super unprofessional. They were quick, friendly, communicative, and actually listened to what was going wrong (a rare trait in both garage doors and humans). They explained everything in plain English (no "garage-door-ese"), were super cooperative about my questions, and had the whole thing fixed before I could even finish my cup of coffee.
