Strangely, phone services were down that day, so I could not use my trust Yelp app to find dining recommendations, so we stopped at the first place we saw. We stopped in around 1pm. I ordered the chicken strips with fries, and my companion ordered a breakfast burrito. For what we ordered and the small number of other diners, I feel like it took a long time to prepare. When the food finally came out, my fries and chicken strips were very crispy [= overdone, dry]. I didn't complain; I just ate the damn thing. My companion, who had a breakfast burrito, was offered ketchup. I used my ranch as dipping sauce for both my fries and chicken strips since there was no ketchup on the table and the waitress walked away before I could ask for some since she didn't offer me any. Maybe it was an off day. Maybe it's a regular occurrence. I guess I'll never know! Overall, it was okay.
