So this review is on my personal experience at this shop September 4th, 2023. I am going through all my drafts and finally getting around to posting them. Let's start with the service. I wouldn't say he was friendly or rude. He just didn't really acknowledge us for a bit. I also didn't like the fact that he had customers personal devices being worked on out by the front of the shop. If I was having my phone repaired and I saw the shop keeper left my unlocked and unattended device by the front entryway I would be livid. You all know how shops in the mall there is no door it's just an opening into these small shops. So I was already feeling uneasy. My brother in law (who is freshly 14) wanted a custom case so bad. We tried to convince him out of it, but he didn't listen. I ended up offering to get him it and he chose his own image. We waited quite a bit, because the gentleman at the front counter was overextending himself with work. He was charging people, fixing a phone, and custom printing a phone case. Once the case was ready you could just see the disappointment in my BILs eyes. He said thank you and we left. As soon as we exited the shop and were a few stalls away he agreed he should have listened to us. The quality was terribly cheap. The print quality was laughable. The colors were super super washed out that the burnt orange case almost looked beige lol. It was pretty bad. I couldn't even joke with him and say "I told you so". He just looked defeated. I have photos on my phone of the customers phone just left out unattended. As soon as I find them I'll upload it. Give me max 10 minutes. I honestly wouldn't recommend this place for anything other than buying a premade phone case and even then there is no value in it as you can get the same ones on amazon or wish for a fraction of the cost. I brought in a iPhone that had water damage and was not turning on. I had taken it to Apple and another shop already and they told me there was nothing they could do to restore my data using a third-party started at $1000 and went up to four times that. This firm found the problem, fixed the motherboard and associated Wi-Fi antenna issue. It was less than a third of the data restoration. Cost posted to me. It required no shipping. The customer service was amazing and they were super pleasant to deal with. read more

I am struggling to type this review as my new "screen" is worthless. I've had to go in twice now as the first screen had a faulty component making calls impossible. Now, this new screen is possessed. It hardly recognizes what I'm trying to touch/swipe/press, and often starts doing things on its own. As you can see in my attached image, do you think I needed 100 alarms for 7:29am? No. No I did not. The owner said he could not refund me. So I asked for my cracked screen back as it works 1000 times better. No can do, he has since sold it. He explained what makes them so "cheap" is that these repair screens are not Apple products, so you get what you pay for. Apple is charging $150 for an iPhone 6s Plus. This place charges $120ish (depending on who you talk to, they bait and switch if you call in and ask for a price). Do yourself a huge favor and go to Apple, always. And if you have another brand phone, I'd look elsewhere first. Trying to save a few bucks ends up costing you in the long run. read more

I shattered my screen, but everything else still worked. I brought my phone in to have the screen replaced and he said it'll be $65 and to come back in 20 minutes. I came back in 20 minutes and he said he needed more time. This happened about 4 or 5 times for a total of about 2.5 hours and finally he told me he broke my home button while replacing the screen and they did not have the equipment to replace it in store so I'd have to leave my phone and come back 3 days later and he would fix it then at no charge. I told him that that was unacceptable and that would rather him take my screen back and give me money back so that I could go to someone else, but he would not. Not to mention the screen itself had horrible color and would not respond to touch. I ended up just needing to get a new phone. read more

went to buy an ipad case and showed the employee the exact ipad i had and he gave me the wrong case i didn't notice until i got home and had to drive all the way back for the correct case and the case i was given was just an ipad cover basically didn't look like it would hold or protect anything charged me 30 dollars. i was compensated with a free screen protector after going through all that trouble even though he definitely didn't want to give it to me. i won't be coming here anymore. read more

Do yourself a favor and NEVER do business here. The absolute WORST customer service I have ever received in my life! If I could leave 0 stars, I would! Went in to get my son's iPhone 6 screen repaired. I got a price quote because I had previously gone to another phone repair place in Baybrook mall before. The sales associate gave me the price and I clearly asked "is this the total price, no tax." He said yes and he even wrote it on my receipt. We came back to pick up the phone and now he's saying there is tax and I'm making this up, he's lying saying he didn't say that. He did in fact quote me that price and put it in writing otherwise I would have gone to the other place. I'm very upset at this point because he lied but now it's too late because he already fixed the screen. The worst part is the sales associate is being a jerk arguing with me and is being blatantly disrespectful. This A-Hole should not be working in customer service. Then the repair guy starts arguing with me as well. To make matters worst, the repair guy put his finger print on the screen protector we bought. Now the front camera looks blurry. This whole experience was a complete disaster! Bottom line, these guys are a bunch of jerks. Avoid this place unless you like the bate and switch scam. I should have just gone to the apple store and paid more because I ended up having to buy a new phone after they finished ruining it. The back glass was cracked and they said they could fix it 2 hours. I went back and they said they wanted me to leave it until the next day. I could not do that. Then they told me that I broke a few things inside the phone when I dropped it. Well I dropped it a year ago and it worked perfectly until they opened it. Then several things were wrong like the plug in for the charger was broken, the person on the other end could not hear me during a call and it made a terrible crunching sound every tine I pressed the home button. They said they wanted to try another back glass and would I like a RED one. My phone was rose gold. I told them to just put the old one back on and give it me. They offered me $30 off to bring it back and leave it for a day. No way. I left and had to buy a new phone. Don't go there! They are very polite but not worth the risk!!! It will cost you. read more

Recently bought a cell phone case when the case broke within five days brought it back to this establishment with the receipt the woman would not accept the case back with an exchange or a refund! She then goes on to say that it was dropped when it was not it was just not made well or junk! Stay away from this establishment rip off artist! This is my third review on this but they obviously keep removing them. I paid $70 dollars to have my screen replaced with a cheap Chinese screen shattered within the first week and the colors were awful touch sensitivity made nearly impossible to use the phone. this place is horrible my son went in on thursday and had a working iphone 10 with a small corner crack ... he did not get a receipt and he did pay cash... yet when he got phone back within 15 min phone turned off and wouldnt charge he returned they did something else and phone turned off again when he came home and never turned on today 12-31-19 he returned and as above said he never came in and that it is opur problemn that he lost receipt ....that he never received.... this boys c ash was pocketed,, they would not give mgrs name nore look at who worked on thursday... they do not deserve any business. this small corner crack ended up bein 180 dollars again zero stars zero stars zero stars... have to click one to allow post read more
