Two weeks ago I came here to get my iPad screen fixed. Everywhere else I checked wanted to charge much more than what they quoted me here, so I decided to give them a try. They did a great job, and I knew I would definitely come back if we ever needed another repair. Well, we ended up going back yesterday because my husband dropped his phone on the concrete and the screen completely stopped working--just like what happened to my iPad before. I told him about this place and we decided to come here after trying T-Mobile and the Apple Store, which were both extremely busy since it was a Saturday. They let us know the repair would take about an hour. It ended up taking a little longer--about two hours--but considering it was a Saturday at a very busy mall, we completely understood. Instead of stressing about the wait, we just enjoyed some time walking around the mall with our family. Overall, we had another great experience and really appreciated their work. They refused to take accountability or do anything about it. Very unacceptable, terrible job and terrible customer service. I needed to fix the loud speaker on my mother's iPhone 12 Pro Max. I had called two other places and this place had best quote. I took it in and after looking at the phone, I realized that both speakers were out. The ear speaker and the loud speaker. He gave me two possible quotes on the ear speaker. He would try and clean the ear piece first and if that didn't work, it would be replaced. I returned 1 1/2 hours later and I was charged for the cleaning only. No replacement was needed. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! My partner came here to get his phone screen fixed. After the first time he got his phone "fixed" it would randomly turn off and would have to manually be turned on. Then, my partner took it back AGAIN and asked for it to be fixed and they did but then the problem persisted. After taking it back a THIRD time, the problem still occurred with shutting off so my partner asked if he could pay the difference and get a new/better screen. $200 later and the problem got worse where the phone lost battery fast, continued to turn off randomly, overheated, and finally shut off for good. After going back a FOURTH time, my partner relayed his frustrations and the gentleman tried taking his phone overnight to a different shop. After numerous of efforts to get this problem solved or at the very least mitigated, my partner just left due to them being inconsistent in their remedies. Overall, go here if you want to spend $200 only for your phone to never work again! read more

My recent experience with this store is mind blowing. I had a blacked out screen with water damage. The manager Zahid was very helpful. He checked everything thoroughly to figure out how to solve the issue with the phone. I was curious and he showed me everything while fixing my phone. I was so excited how he carefully open the screen and that was the first time I saw what an iPhone looked like inside. He figured out the initial issue of the phone that the screen was needed to be replaced and dry out the whole phone thoroughly until it's completely dry and safe to use again. I was completely stunning to watch my phone fixed step by step and it was wonderful. After fixing my phone he cleaned my phone and it looks like brand new again. I initially went in to get my back camera fixed and was told it would take an hour. When I returned after two hours, my phone still wasn't ready. He asked me to wait another 15 minutes, and when I chose to wait in-store, he seemed annoyed. When I finally got my phone back and went home, I noticed a red line running down the screen. I drove back, and he agreed to check it out. Without informing me, he replaced my screen. The next day, my phone started glitching, pressing things on its own, and even dialing randomly. Then, I received a message from Apple stating that the screen was not a verified Apple product. My phone eventually locked for 24 hours due to the constant button presses. When I returned, a different guy was there, acting overly casual and unbothered. He admitted the previous guy had installed a cheap screen. While replacing it, he was laughing on the phone and then sarcastically suggested I leave a review, as if my experience didn't matter. Overall, extremely unprofessional service. STAY FAR AWAY. LOOK at a DIY and order from amazon. I BELIEVE IN YOU. I have an iphone 13 pro max that was having intermittent restart issues from 2/12/25 to 2/13/25 and after some diagnosis I was under the impression that there was an issue with the common flex cable. I was short on time because of travel so i decided to try a repair shop. I spent multiple days of research on repair shops before deciding on the fix. The technician that performed the repair gave me a price and time frame. The phone was fixed later than quoted and persisted to have issues. On pickup I talked to Elvis who re-diagnosed and fixed the phone by replacing the mag flex cable. Elvis gave me excellent service and helped me out on labor since the diagnosis was incorrect. We talked about phone technology and his repair tools. That would have been a 5 star review. My LCD later breaks again right before vacation 9/19/25 so I go back and ask for Elvis. Unfortunately there is new ownership and I deal with a woman who I believe is Tiffany. I get a price and repair for front LCD and back glass, no issues besides some confusion on the pricing. The phone works. I put a case on the phone. No drops and somehow the rear glass is already broken. This is indicative of a very cheap rear glass because glass is very strong but due to the crystalline structure defects make it very fragile. Cheaper screen, more defects, breaks in one day no drops is my analysis. Review is now down from 4 stars due to poor communication when quoting to 3 stars due to poor workmanship. A few month later and the lcd frame detaches from the lcd on a drop. Again cheap parts and my bad on the drop so not going to knock them on that. This week (March 20th,2026) my LCD goes white, no biggie I have dropped it and it lives a tough life (IP68 ratings for the win) but i have time to repair it. Well the adhesive was basically non existent, the old adhesive from the first repair was never cleaned and the new screen was not adhered in so goodbye water resistance and shock absorption (why the screen was popping out). I used no heat to perform the repair which is absurd. This is now a 2 star repair due to improper repair procedure . Also it was missing a penta-lobe bolt that secures the frame and the 1.8mm screw from the connector cover. Missing hardware is unacceptable in small scale electronics due to increased risk of a short. This is now a 0 star review for 2 missing bolts and no communcation of missing hardware. No photos unfortunately because my only camera is the phone. read more

I dropped my cracked iPhone 13 pro max into the pool and my screen went white - I unfortunately didn't have my photos backed up to the cloud and was desperate for any solution. These guys were kind and fast. They replaced my screen and dried up the remaining water left inside.
