When we returned to the shop and explained the situation, they refused to honor their warranty. No repair, no replacement, no accountability whatsoever. For a business that charges for professional repairs, this level of service is completely unacceptable. You get warranty but they will call any malfunction physical damage. Not even 2 weeks after getting my iPhone 12 led replaced I got these weird lines and spots. Now part of the screen along the lines doesn't work. The screen was popping up everywhere, and this time around they use my cracked back as an excuse for how I messed it up with the pressure ?? My whole back is cracked on my phone but I only got that line on one side and near the charging port they replaced. Keep in mind 1st week I didn't use it because it was locked so really this happened in a week even when I was super careful as to not void the warranty. The screen and my phone are both exactly how I got them back but they still claimed that LCD fault as physical damage. This business flat out lies to you about their services, prices, and products. I bought my daughter a phone, a case, and a screen protector. When the screen protector cracked and the phone screen was damaged after she dropped it, they said it would be 200 dollars to replace. When I bought the screen protector I was told it had a lifetime warranty for any damage. There were two other customers with the same problem the day I went in. I took the phone to the Ontario Mall and they fixed it for a 100 dollars. I went to 3 different places to check the price and they were all consistent. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO SPEND $$ ON A BRAND NEW PHONE!!!! They BROKE MY PHONE AND I HAD TO BUY A NEW ONE !! Let me start off by saying DO NOT spend your time or $ here. They are scammers. DO not bring in a new phone or anything with them they will try to rob you and your phone and will only give you crap for it. I went to them with a broken iPhone back screen, they quoted be around 160 and a 2 HOUR time frame. I left my phone, which was completely fine and properly working besides obviously the back screen broken. They also said they would call me in about two hours when the phone was done. It was about 45 mins until they closed and still NO call, which I get because it was a pretty busy day so I went buy the kiosk and seen my phone not even close to done. I asked the worker how much more time would be left, and he said that SOMEHOW IN THE HANDS OF THEIR WORKERS my phone battery had stopped working and the phone does not turn on anymore. He proceeded to tell me that I had to wait 3 days for a new battery to come which they would replace. So you're telling me I had to come back on top of freaking waiting 3 hours they wanted me to wait 3 more days for a mistake THEY MADE. And that on top of that they were not able to fix the back at all. IF YOUR NOT ABLE TO FIX IT WHY TEAR IT APART IN THE FIRST PLACE ???? I fought back and fourth with the worker there explaining I can to them with a phone that properly worked and now they are giving me a phone that doesn't work at all and I have to wait 3 days for me to be even close to have a phone. After arguing with the worker he was able to get the owner on the phone. The owner argued about how they are human and make mistakes, which I understand but still would not PAY FOR THE DAMAGES DONE at all and tried to make all these bogus deals with me and one still being that they will not be able to fix my battery they broke and TWO fix the back of the screen I originally came for. So I kept arguing until the owner finally said they would be able to fix the back of my screen that same day and to take it to Apple to get the battery fixed by them and they would reimburse me. So you could suddenly fix the back of my screen by tonight?Bogus!! They also only offered me 500 because apparently to the owner an iPhone 13 Pro Max is only worth 500, which he didn't even want to give me either!! At the end of it I left with the back fixed because they suddenly could fix the ORIGINAL ISSUE I CAM IN WITH , and needing to get a new phone. My phone screen stopped working at 7:30 at night on a Sunday terrible time to have cell phone issues. We called this location to see if they were open because they were the only one that seem to be open past seven no answer but within five minutes of calling they called us back to see if we needed service, we explained the situation and they told us to come on down,Nabin said it would be a quick fix hopefully and would stay past closing to help me out. We arrived a little bit after eight and gave the phone to them to look at. He asked if I had done a reset which I said yes I had done that but apparently there is a secret reset they know so he did that for me and boom my phone started working perfectly, he did not charge us for anything! I even offered to get him some food from the food court but he would not accept. Honestly I was blown away by the kindness and the customer service here. I will definitely come back with any other issues and recommend you do too!
