Best decision so far. Pros 1.The amenities in the apartments are quite nice. Compare with other apartment tours within 10 miles (faucets, sink size, washer dryer units etc) and you will quickly realize this. 2.The place is brand new and being the first to live in the apartment is a plus. The common areas are quite beautiful and well maintained. 3. The staff is incredibly responsive to its residents, which I love. Examples - Amazon delivered my package incorrectly and Justin spent time verifying through security footage that they had not delivered. I put in a work order and Joe's professionalism and Adan's efficiency in the fixes were very appreciated. Brianna and Christina follow up quickly if there any questions. 4. Residents are friendly, more mature and respectful of privacy - my first impressions 5. Concierge daily garbage pickup - enough said 6. Community sponsored events by the property manager - I just attended a masterclass on goal setting which was free for residents, facilitated by an outside professional 7. Walking to very nice all levels of restaurants and The Forum mall Cons 1. It's a new place so folks are moving - there are scuffs on the wall which the team attends to but it's understandable with the influx of move ins 2. Water pressure for the shower is a bit lower than I'd like but now I'm grabbing at straws to find flaws If you are really interested in the place, talk to the staff about speaking to a resident and they can arrange it. I did and received the observations were helpful in my decision making. I'm enjoying this place a lot.

They advertise "2 months FREE rent," but that's not what you actually get. Instead of living rent-free for two months, they spread the concession across your lease, so you're still paying rent every month. That's a huge difference and should be made much clearer in their advertising. I wonder how they are making it easy for tenants who are moving in. They also promised a $1,000 gift card within 30 days of moving in, but it's been over 40 days plus and counting and there's still no gift card. I've had to follow up multiple times and I was told today but nothing still. It feels like they use attractive promotions to get people to sign a lease, then don't deliver as advertised or make you chase after what was promised. If you're considering moving here, make sure you get every concession explained fully and ask exactly how the "the 2 months free rent" is applied to get a clear picture cause it's actually discounts off your rent for equivalent of 2months. Pay attention to what they tell you and what's later written on your lease agreement!! I actually had two people who wanted move here but they decided against it after I explained how the so called 2 months free is actually applied..

These have to be the best apartments I have ever lived in. I get so many compliments on my apartment. Mine was one of the first ones that was remodeled when I moved in and I fell in love as soon as I walked in. Maintain guys are super friendly and attend my repairs quickly to and I can tell they truly care that the work was done right. I like having the gas grills at the pool, the car wash, the work room and the dog park and walking. Online portal makes it easy to pay rent and learn about upcoming events. He told me the motor was not working and that he would have to escalate the situation to a replacement and not a repair. Before I realized a garage door specialist was at my place replacing the whole mechanism! I was 'set free' early enough that morning to make my appointment after a whole new system was installed. Kudos and much thanks to the whole staff here for their mutual concerns, rapid response and courtesy throughout the brief, but debilitating process!! The one thing I can tell you about this property is the service team and maintenance team are phenomenal. As soon as I put in a service request, the issue was addressed same day, or the next. The property is always kept in great shape and management is on top of any issues. I would have stayed at this property for much longer had I not decided to move states.
