A DEMOLISHING COMPANY WITH A HEART!…read more I can't say enough good things about Affordable Environmental, the owner Tony Chase, and his work crew. I've been trying off and on to leave a review and finally figured it out. In Spring 2023, Tony was hired to demolish a condemned 1930's farm house on my property that needed to come down. Everything was done on time, responsibly, and by the book, with asbestos abatement included. All for a very competitive price. And then the big twist happened, which really confirmed Tony's stellar reputation: After being told by the asbestos workers that there may be an old log cabin underneath the farm house, Tony took his time and "skinned" the side off, rather than just demolishing everything. He was able to do so because he is very skilled with a track hoe; it was like watching an artist at work! And sure enough, underneath was a solid log cabin structure that our local historical society estimates to be an old logging cabin from circa 1870's. Intact cabins like this are very hard to find and a historic preservationist is currently conducting research to confirm the age and ownership. But Affordable Environmental, aka Tony Chase, didn't stop there. Tony felt very strongly about keeping this historic find safe during the winter so it wouldn't deteriorate. He volunteered the materials and staff time to construct a roof structure, wrap the building in plastic, and install one of his own large dehumidifiers to keep it dry inside. And it's working! Research on this historic logging cabin can continue and perhaps grants can be found to preserve the structure for the long term. Thank you Tony Chase and the AE crew!

Recently we had a problem with some venting pipes that were never sealed and leaked condensation moisture into the insulation and caused ceiling water damage. It was time to make this small repair and patch, but we also decided it was a good time to remove all the blown in insulation and replace with insulation batting. Patrick from Sound Crawls came to do the inspection and gave us a quote for the work we wanted done. In our opinion he did the best inspection of all the businesses that came to give us a quote. He was very flexible, willing to do less, but explained how more could be done to make our attic so much better. We decided to go with his company and our attic now is clean, organized and has storage space that we are rapidly moving things out of our garage into the attic. Now the area is easy to navigate and access remote spots without getting covered in insulation. We are very happy with the results and speed at with the work was done. Highly recommend you give them your business.

Provided a very clean and well organized clean out of my crawl space making a tunnel to my front door to my crawl space so insulation would not go everywhere while removing. Promptly, started at 8 AM and left at 5 PM. With no trail left behind. Sent Video of before and after where my crawl space was insulated tightly down. All pipes were foamed so no mice can come back. They place traps to periodically come back to make sure it remains sealed. 253-315-0172

So, last year we had discovered mold under our kitchen sink and All New Agains team came out that same day and took samples. A few days later the test results came back toxic. Jon Baer was very knowledgeable about the process and very understanding to our situation. He put us at ease with our decision moving forward. I swear, he was a lawyer in another lifetime, lucky us. The same day we signed paperwork we received a text from All New Agains team regarding scheduling a time for the next day. Unfortunately, ANA's team discovered a slow water leak which caused damage under our kitchen floor. The whole ordeal was overwhelming but their communication log definitely helped and was very informative with the process. With Jons help and ANA's documenting everything was/is extremely beneficial with our fight with insurance. A bit of advice we learned from Jon is "documentation is key". The fight goes on with confidence. Y'all are worth every penny. We were impressed at how fast and efficient everyone was. Great job! To the beautiful young ladies Orfa and Nora that came in and professionally packed all of our belongings and to the young men who worked so fast we didn't even get to thank, thank YOU! To Vas, Vlad, Alex, Igor, and Ryan thank Y'ALL for all y'all's hard work. And a special thanks to Jon Baer for your expertise and being a friend. Because of y'all our home is All New Again, thank y'all from the bottom of our hearts. We highly recommend, All New Again!

Three items--a partial curtain rod, crib hardware, and a stepping ladder--went missing after the period their crew had exclusive access to my home. A value of $373.96 from a $41,019.80 bill. I have timestamped photos showing these items being present before work began and during, and missing after their crew finished. Despite providing this evidence and a detailed timeline, the company repeatedly denied responsibility, suggesting the items may have been moved before their arrival, even though we had not lived in the home and no other work had occurred during that time. It makes no sense for us to lose these 3 random items as they claimed when there were much more valuable items in the impacted room. The company promised comprehensive documentation of all items handled for insurance purposes, but what I received was incomplete and inconsistent. Some photos were sent to my husband, and there was no clear record of items removed from certain rooms and where they placed each item in the kitchen. When issues were raised, the company provided shifting explanations and ultimately refused to reimburse the $373.96 replacement cost for the missing items. Additionally, I had to correct a previous billing error where I was charged for all quoted hours that were not worked. This, combined with the poor communication and lack of accountability, left me with no confidence in their professionalism or customer service. I am sharing this experience so other homeowners are aware of the risks and documentation issues. If you expect clear records and accountability, I recommend considering another company.

I wrote to the company to request that the quote be e-mailed to us, but we never received the quote.
