In July 2023 boards were floating up over top of the next board. I paid over 11k between the water proof flooring and installation. The Just a Dollar store closed down soon after my flooring was installed. I have tried to reach installer via texts and voice mails as he warranted flooring for a year as per his contract. To date I have had no return calls! Now I have to hire a Floor inspector! I'm fighting cancer and the stress of this is too much and definitely not healthy in my condition. I saved all the texts and documented all the voice mails I left the installer.

I sent this email almost a week ago and did not receive a response. I'm not thrilled that I paid $5,334.00 and have a drive way with an ugly patch. THE LETTER Dear AMVet, I am extremely disappointed with your driveway coating service. The finish on my driveway does not resemble any of the coated driveways I personally inspected at your previous customers' homes. The coating was applied on June 11, 2025. When it didn't look right initially, you returned and reapplied another coat in a few areas. Then, on January 21, 2026, you came back to repair a fine crack, but the repair left a visible patch across my driveway. Now, just a few months later in April, another fine line is already appearing in another area. I am not requesting another repair, as my driveway is beginning to look like a patchwork quilt. I was told the first repair was free, but any future repairs would cost $170 each. This is not right. It hasn't even been a full year since the original application, and these issues should not be occurring. You should have known that my driveway would not hold up well to your coating. I can only assume you were aware of this and chose to proceed anyway. I would appreciate a serious response to this matter.

They will make up every excuse in the book to collect the money and not deliver service. my cabinets began to chip and they said it was because of water damage however their service man came out and said that was not the case and there was no water that got on these cabinets they just put the paint on too thin. my shelves began to warp for the shelving that I put in my office and they said too bad that's the way it supposed to be even though the whole unit collapsed. They are not the company they used to be.

Sherry, from Cabinet designs came to our home and made some significant recommendations. She worked with us to get the layout and look to the way we wanted. This included designing a cabinet/bar area that used previously wasted space. They built a custom butcher block top for our island. Their price was not out of line, given the cabinets were custom made. There were a few minor issues, but they worked to resolve them to our satisfaction. They are easy to work with. Our satisfaction was one of their main goals. The husband and wife that did the installation could not have been better. I believe that he is a perfectionist and his work exemplifies it. In the event I ever need cabinets again, either kitchen or bath, I would not consider going anywhere else.

I changed my aluminum from being white to painted bronze. It looks wonderful and was worth the price difference. My doors used to scrape the floor and had to be pulled closed. Now they swing freely and close on their own! Garrett did an amazing job repairing where my old eye bolts had pulled through/rusted. Such a great outcome and so much more structurally sound. It took a village and was a process (especially due to weather) but the outcome was wonderful!
