When we moved into our house in late 2015, we hired Bufkin Tile to take out the carpet from the…read moremaster bedroom and second bedroom and install tile. At that time, the back patio was enclosed and we had a large concrete patio added outside of the enclosed patio. Bufkin Tile installed the new tile for the back patio as well. In January 2022, we finally decided to take out the existing wall separating the enclosed patio from the one that was "outdoors" and enclose the entire patio to make a large Florida room. Of course, when the existing wall was removed, there would be a gap in the tile. Luckily, we still had some leftover tile. Rob from Bufkin was happy to come out to our house and check out the project. While he was there, he also noticed another tile that needed to be replaced. He gave us an estimate on the spot that was well below what we expected. We told Rob about our plans and he said no problem, just let him know when the rest of the work is done and they would come over and take care of the tile. He took a piece of the existing grout with him to match the color. Okay, the screen enclosure is completed on a Friday in April and Bufkin Tile comes over the following Wednesday to remove the existing tiles, prep the floor for the new tile, and place the new tiles. On Thursday Dave came to grout not only the newly installed tiles but the entire length of the patio where it meets the house. He is truly the best grouter in the business. It is an absolutely beautiful job. But, we're not done yet. Dave came back on Friday to do an acid wash to make the already perfect job absolutely spotless. We've counted on Bufkin Tile for several different tile installation jobs over several years. They ALWAYS exceed our expectations. Every person who works for Bufkin is an artist. In our opinion, there are no alternatives.

It…read moreis a family-owned/run business, with Sam as the owner/project manager and his son and son-in-law doing much of the demo and finishing work along with his daughters in the showroom who helped us pick out our cabinets, countertops, sinks, fixtures and flooring. From the beginning, Sam and his entire staff were honest and helpful with getting us the design that we wanted. We knew what we wanted to do, but not how to configure anything, but Sam was able to envision everything during his appraisal of the job. We knew we wanted new cabinets and countertops in our kitchen and that we wanted to find a way to open the kitchen but just didn't know how. The design that Sam came up with was awesome and made our kitchen feel so much larger. We raised the old 1980s ceiling, which created way more cabinet space, but the design even came with moving appliances that had been in the same place since the house was built and tearing down some walls to make it more open to the dining room and living room. Then he suggested under cabinet lighting and more lighting all over the entire house. The bathroom was the other major renovation for us, and it looks spectacular with the new cabinet/countertop and shower that no longer has a 6-inch drop to get in. We added a shower bench which is awesome and the tile and fixtures are so pretty. Once again, Sam's staff helped us pick out all the cabinets, fixtures, countertops and flooring to go throughout the entire house. There were so many other things done like new baseboards and door trims, removal of popcorn ceiling and replacement of textured ceiling, new lights and ceiling fans, as well as new paint within the entire house. The entire renovation was done with quality workmanship and within the promised 6-week period. It was so nice to have a project manager overseeing all the trades people, such as carpenters, drywall installers, electricians, painters, tilers, glass installers, and plumbers, so that we didn't have to worry about scheduling anything separately. I highly recommend Superb Kitchens and Bath for all your renovation work!

In July 2023 boards were floating up over top of the next board. I paid over 11k between the water proof flooring and installation. The Just a Dollar store closed down soon after my flooring was installed. I have tried to reach installer via texts and voice mails as he warranted flooring for a year as per his contract. To date I have had no return calls! Now I have to hire a Floor inspector! I'm fighting cancer and the stress of this is too much and definitely not healthy in my condition. I saved all the texts and documented all the voice mails I left the installer.
