Chean and his crew were able to insure the substrate was cleaned and sealed to insure a strong and lasting bond. Chean explained every step, why he chose the epoxy and filler. There are a lot epoxy batch makers out there. Having the reasons for choice was a big factor in my decision to engage with 4TwoEpoxy (Chean). Chean quoted my price for over 400 sq ft. When Chean was ready to wrap up and after he made sure my wife and I were pleased with their work Chean presented the invoice. They and their crews were so good with my dogs, too! We redid the floors in two rooms, fully remodeled the bathroom, and did everything but the floors in the kitchen. They were happy to take part in some of my bolder design choices and fun while we discussed options. They also helped me make the guest bathroom more wheelchair accessible while still keeping the overall design. AndI think they were as excited as I was about the backsplash! I'm so thankful that we came here because I found a beautiful tiny succulent plant and Cary, who was working here today was VERY knowledgeable about how to care for the plants there, including the succulent that we purchased, along with an air plant that we purchased. I've cared for succulents before and I still learned a lot about caring for succulents. Not to mention I learned how to properly care for my air plant. My mom purchased two plants for herself as well and she was told how to care for them by Cary. I also want to talk about the inside store here, it has so many beautiful plants to purchase and they also sell gifts to buy, such as beautiful jewelry. Time was of the essence and the companies that I was able to speak to were 3-4 weeks out on appointments and would not budge. After numerous attempts at getting as much as a return phone call with most of the other companies, I contacted James (the owner), and not only did he actually answer the phone (unlike many others), he was very accommodating and said he could fit me in the following day. As requested, I sent James pictures of my system and when he arrived, on time I might add, he was able to immediately troubleshoot the problem and change a small part to get my system up and running. Additionally, he fixed a few broken sprinkler heads and made sure all of my system was working properly without draining my wallet. We had a great conversation also and I found him to be honest, fair, and down to earth. Honestly, his simply showing up on time and having phenomenal communication earned him 4 stars alone.
