Where do I start? First, I was introduced to this business when a friend tagged a beautiful plant and pot on her Instagram story. Several beautiful plants and pots later, I've fallen in love with this shop. The owners and staff are so friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming when you visit in person and interact with them online/text. They have made my home more beautiful, green, and the air is purer for sure! If you are looking for indoor plants to spruce up your space, look no further than Flora Culture! I've visited in person, I've done curbside, and I've also had plants delivered (delivery is Houston)--the service is phenomenal whichever route you choose!

Super kind and helpful staff. You guys could not have helped me find a more perfect plant for the office. Thank you so much.

Absolutely LOVED this place! Hands down one of best plant shops here in Houston. There's also a cute coffee shop next door where they have breakfast and small treats, plus great coffee. It's worth checking out. You can find so many exotic house plants here at such an affordable cost. I love the aesthetic inside and how earthy yet minimalist it feels. I will for sure be visiting this shop a lot more. The staff are so sweet and knowledgeable which makes going back even more worth it every time. You can get lost in the beauty of the variety of plants they have here. Great selection, great cost, great price and very convenient location. If your in the area this place is worth checking out.

One of my favorite plant stores in Houston, sometimes their plants are a little pricey, but you know they come in good condition! Also they are very knowledgeable about the plant and give lots of good tips! If you buy a plant and a pot, they will pot it for you, if you're having trouble with a plant, they will help you with it! Great shop, happy to support them always!

I'm seriously in love with this cute little nursery :') This quaint and magical indoor plant haven is located near the Galleria off Richmond. Upon entering, you are greeted with an open, airy space filled with lush green plants of all kinds. From little succulents, pothos, to tall, thriving trees. I absolutely ADORE the interior decor with their hip light fixtures, plant wall, and minimalistic aesthetic. It's family owned by a couple who have a love for design and nature. I checked out their website and they also offer floral services, interior landscaping-incorporating plants into your home, workshops, and more. You can really feel the care and passion they have put into their business. I brought my friend along and we both got new plants. They have pottery and all things you may need to dress up your new plant friend. They also potted them for us which was awesome!!! Excellent, hospitable service and a one stop shop for ALL your greenery needs!!

I absolutely love this place. I've just become a new plarent. I went with the snake plant. They have plenty of pots to choose from. Anna helped me she was very informative and patient with my deciding which plant to choose. She also gave me a bit of education on how to care for my plant. The decor and store aesthetic alone makes me want to go and just hang out. I saw that they offer classes. As soon as those are up and running I'm definitely signing up. Oh yeah and the owner came in wearing a BLM mask...so yeah! I'll be back!

If you support family owned businesses come here. If you love plants and cute arrangements this is the place for you! This plant shop is so cute and the owners are the greatest! They assisted me with this lovely arrangement to give to my mother. I can't wait to go back to repot a couple of my plants for Free yes you read right they will repot for free. I'll post an updated review when I do so.

New just open! Family owned too! Located right next door to French Riviera. I'm no plant expert, so the employees are helpful on guiding me on what plant works best for me. I'm a cat owner and I don't know what plants are toxins to cats. Super friendly staff! I can't wait to bring my rubber fig home!

Great little shop - and so aesthetically pleasing! The lady at the store was so friendly and helpful, her service and knowledge was wonderful! I went to get some help for some succulents that I propagated because I didn't know what to do with them and I got just what I needed (a new pot and soil) + advice on how to care for them. So happy with this place and will definitely come back for any needs for my succulents!

He placed the order online and then called to confirm the time that I would be at work on Friday for the delivery. My flowers were delivered at 12pm on Saturday - a day after my birthday and on a day that I am not at work. After calling 5 times across multiple days and having all the employees give me the runaround about a manager or owner calling me back, I finally received a phone call from the owner who is a complete jerk and chauvinistic pig. Instead of apologizing and backing his guarantee via his website, his exact words were, "just be happy you got flowers" and "Baby, you're just one of my million customers". If you actually want flowers delivered on the day you ordered...spend your hard earned money elsewhere. The owner does not take responsibility for mistakes and does not care about customer satisfaction. There are WAY too many florists out there who will guarantee a quality product with great customer service. Please support me in not supporting such a lousy business. I've already filed a complaint via the Better Business Bureau and hope to spread the word further.

What was more infuriating is I wasn't shopping for myself, but my HOA. They have a bigger budget for this kind of thing than I do. I needed about 30 plants, half of them shrubs. Laughingly, I took one of the handy carts and located most of the shrubs about as far away from a cashier as you can get. Fortunately, it was downhill. That cart only held 4 shrubs. So I took them uphill to the main building and asked if I could get help with the rest. We each grabbed carts, and he eventually figured out it was going to be slow going. So he told me he would go get the BIG cart and left with the cart he had brought, empty. Twenty minutes later, I find him at a cash register, hoping someone would hurry and check out. It took him a second to register who I was, and then he explained how he could not leave the register. So *I* walked out to the street and got one of the big carts. The kind they probably use at rodeos or something to haul off dead livestock. So I got that loaded up along with the other standard cart. An employee in the next aisle who was arranging things told me I needed to ask the cashier if I wanted help. It was obvious that anyone under these circumstances could benefit from assistance, especially if they were as old as I am. I'm pretty old. Someone did finally go to get the loaded Carcass Cart and brought it to the cashier with my other carts. All in all, over $500. I may have gotten a price break, or that was the hint, anyway. Still not enough for anyone to volunteer to help me to my truck with the stuff. I think my second trip for another cart shamed them, and someone brought down the big cart. I think there is a good variety of plants there. It's a damned shame no one there knows where they are.

This place needs improvement…read more I am looking for plants and I can see HGC has lots of inventory when driving by. I tried to call them and the phone numbers go straight to VM. I attempted to call several of the listed numbers and ended up calling the corporate office. The corporate number was the only number that someone answered. I asked about the phone going to VM and I was told they all go to vM. I then asked about inventory and was told that the corporate office has no access to inventory list. This is horrible customer service. Why should a customer have to drive to a location to check availability ? Why does the corporate office not know what the stores are stocking? What a poorly run operation! I will go elsewhere and buy from someone who actually communicates with customers.
