I'm sorry I guess they technically deliver on Mother's Day (910pm) but when you choose the flex plan where they can deliver your Mother's Day flowers either the day before or on the holiday. So many places and other florists were closed in the 35 degree weather (you know how people get when it's cold in Texas). CANNOT say enough how much I was floored with their insane turnaround capability, but also the QUALITY of flowers that I received. Plans for cremation urn flowers fell through, leaving me to find this shop, place a blind faith order online at 2am for pickup the same day by 11:30am, and hoping for the best. Omg did they deliver. Don't be afraid of "substitutions" in the event certain flowers are unavailable. Such was the case with mine for specific white flowers, but they instead substituted with a selection of beautiful white roses and orchids; they didn't offer bs baby's breath or cheapskate replacements. They made it better, and it was beautiful. With only 9 hours and overnight notice, they produced a gorgeous, quality arrangement, and I couldn't be happier the former fell through. I called with an issue with a delivery. They were super busy, traffic was terrible, the delivery was several hours later than expected, and the flowers were a little distressed when I got them. I know these things happen, but we were a little disappointed, so I called them the next day. They were super polite, wanted to do right by me, and they did. I can't speak highly enough of the customer service, and my wife is raving over how beautiful the flowers are after they had a chance to perk up a bit. They will have all my future business. I was heartbroken when I found out the Suchy's (The Flower Bucket's 'predecessor') was no longer around. My family (& Mom) had used them for YEARS. Needless to say, I was nervous but reassured when Casey mentioned that it was the same folks with the same level of quality but just a different name. We ordered some flowers via phone for a funeral but I ended up trying to describe what I wanted based on a couple of pictures that she & I were both looking at on the internet (cross arrangement, all white). I've had some not great experiences doing this with other florists but again - know the quality of work these folks had done in the past. What was even more impressive (& the main reason I'm writing this review) is that when I called back a while later and asked about up-sizing the arrangement, Casey assured me that the regular size that I ordered would be well done & there was no need. (Who does that these day?!?) When I saw the arrangement, I knew it was the same folks. The quality of the flowers and arrangement was top notch. Casey got exactly what I wanted and she was right - the regular size was perfect! I called and asked if there was anything that could be done. The woman I spoke to was so kind and looked into to and found the delivery could be made for the day based on the route. The flowers I ordered were not the right color. Then when I called to let them know about the issue I was told "we will send more that are the right color" I received a delivery confirmation of the second order that never showed up. I also received attitude about what was the actual color ordered when I called to tell them they hadn't sent the right flowers. What I had asked for were orange blush roses also known as peach and what was received was pink and white, completely different. I don't like giving bad reviews so I generally let people try and correct mistakes but they have failed. Don't buy flowers here. read more
