Loved it! Sooo glad I used Flower Me Florist for a flower delivery. I am out in LA but my mother in law lives in San Antonio, so wanted to look up a place local to her, and glad I went with them she received them in the evening, the day they were suppose to be delivered and she loved them. They included her favorite flowers and looked fresh. A bit pricey, but think thats everywhere now unfortunately. Also for reference I believe this was so suppose to be the "Premium" size/selection. I called in an order the day prior to the delivery date and to my surprise they were able to accommodate which made me so happy! I specifically ordered an arrangement - floral spectacular, due to the colors that reflect my parents and then a miscommunication happened where I thought the wrong arrangement went to my parents but after talking to the manager, she was very nice and said she would look into it and call me back. She immediately called me back to say that my arrangement had not been delivered yet. 5 minutes later, my parents received the most beautiful arrangement of flowers which was what I had ordered and completed the day for my parents 50th wedding anniversary! Flower Me Florist off Tezel is very deserving of a #Yelp review. I called this morning in need of a flower arrangement to be delivered within a 2 hour window. Gail, who answered the phone, was willing and ready to make that happen. She was efficient in asking all the appropriate questions in a timely manner. She could tell I was in a hurry. When asked what kind of flowers I wanted I specified tulips and then I told her to make the rest of the arrangement her masterpiece. As you can tell by the photo, she did just that. This is a review for the USPS side of the business and not the florist side. This business runs both operations. This USPS is just a drop off. I don't know why they're allowed to use USPS signage as they cannot process money orders or print receipts for drop offs. For all we know, you can drop off a package at this location, and they can drive off with packages in their personal vehicles to their houses and do whatever with it. There is no accountability with this place, and wouldn't trust dropping off anything here worth of value. read more

We had ordered a flower arrangement for my grandmas urn to have during her services. They came out better than we had hoped and the staff was very helpful. The only thing we would have liked to know before was to bring some type of container to transport arrangement but we will definitely be coming back for any future needs. read more

I called based on yelp reviews. My Mum was so very happy. I kinda thought I had requested just roses and Lilies, based on the amount I wanted to spend tho perhaps I was being a bit stingy. There were lilies and roses also lots of other flowers, like I said my Mum was very happy, that was the point!! Whomever took my order was very courteous and I was called before delivery as my Mum's residence is a bit off the grid. I definitely recommend this business. I have used this florist twice in the last month and both times I have been super impressed. The first I requested an arrangement the day I needed it delivered, and they pulled it off! They even called me because they were out of a certain flower. The alternate arrangement they put together was just as beautiful. Wow - Gail at Flower me Florist is amazing. To set the stage, some background on why I needed help with flowers : 1) I was living overseas at the time, and my girlfriend was in San Antonio. 2) It was coming up on our anniversary. 3) I don't know anything about flowers. I mean, at all. I knew I didn't want just a typical "OOOOH A BUNCH OF ROSES!" arrangement, but that's about it. I called Gail up, gave her a very general idea of what I was looking for (basically, something pretty and sort-of seasonal, but still sort of romantic), and a delivery date of just a few days out. All I can say - Gail delivered. She took my half-formed ideas, and made a beautiful arrangement that was exactly what I didn't know I wanted. The girlfriend talked about them for days. Oh also - I found the price to be very reasonable for the quality delivered. Flower me Florist made beautiful arrangements for the reception for my grandmother's funeral. My grandmother loved to drink hot tea, so we brought in a tea set and Flower Me Florist did arrangements in each of the pieces. I picked up the seven arrangements the following day and they looked beautiful. We set them around the house and next to her picture. I was very pleased. Don't order from here. We placed an order for my sister's funeral and they outsourced the order. We ordered a tropical stand which was what we thought our sister would want and instead they sent white and red carnations and roses. It was falling apart during the funeral. Completely disappointed! When we called everyone was rude and when asked for the manager to call us back it never happened. read more

My daughter was asked to prom last minute. I called them to ask if I can order a boutineer. The woman who answered the phone was super accommodating. She said it wasn't a problem that it was last minute. She could have it ready in an hour. I went to pick it up and the boutineer was more than I expected. It was beautiful. The main lady was sarcastic and rude. I just went in here to buy stamps and to see if they rented out post office boxes since it advertised as a post office. I just bought a house in the area, and needed a post office box for my research business. I walked in to ask questions and she said they weren't open yet. I was a bit surprised by this, because my first thoughts were, then why did you have the door unlocked ! I know this place gets good reviews, but don't be rude to people when they enter your shop for service, especially when it is your fault that you had the door unlocked before opening hours. This place has always given horrible customer service. I have had to drop off mail before and let's just say if you don't enjoy what you do then don't work there. So this time was the last straw. I went in the Monday before Valentine's and told them I needed flowers for a wedding for Saturday. The one short Hispanic lady didn't even give me a chance to finish and she started laughing at me and asked me if I was serious and that it was Valentine's weekend. Then she told me to try somewhere else. I said wow really?? Ok I'll go somewhere else. Little did she know is all I needed to order was some baby's breath and a small bouquet of purple flowers. I didn't even need them to put anything together for me. This place is the worst. Talk to your customers and understand there needs first before you laugh at them and send them away. So I went to Leon Valley Flowers on Bandera road and the owner was so accommodating. Do your self a favor and go there instead!!!! read more

I have ordered from Flower Me Florist several times (always over the phone), and they have provided excellent customer service and arrangements. I order them for my mom and describe to them the type of arrangement I would like, and whenever she sends me a picture of them after they arrive, they are better than I could even have imagined. They arrange them so that they are beautiful no matter which way you are looking at them (from the front, from behind, etc) and they last a really long time. My mom has commented that they seem to be high quality flowers (compared to other flower shops). Plus, the man who delivers them is always very sweet.
