Honestly, amazing employees there! I was wanting to do something special for my son who had an 8th grade night. I called to place an order and they said I needed 24 hrs bc it was before a holiday. After putting some thought, I decided to make a boutonniere myself which I had never done and was super nervous. So I called back and asked if I could just buy the flowers to make it myself and thy said yes. Karen and Diego went above and beyond to provide this for me and words can't express what that meant to me!! ;) so hard to find people/employees like this out there! So ever thankful! read more

The customer service is absolutely terrible and in no way shape or form accommodating. We ordered the Heartfelt Celebration of Life and spent $200+ on it. When we received it for a FUNERAL, not someone's wedding or birthday, but for the life of our loved one it was a piece of white card stock paper with the glue still seeping through the paper. Granted the flowers were beautiful but $200+ was not for the flowers alone. To us our brother deserve more than a piece of cardboard paper with flowers slapped on top. When I called the shop to get at least a partial refund because again the flower was beautiful but we were charged for more than flowers. The shop's response is "the flower arrangement is beautiful I'm not sure why you're complaining" and "you guys aren't being appreciative of the time and effort we put into the flower arrangement." I used The Flower Shop Orlando for a flower order for the funeral of a very close friend of the family. There was a problem with the initial order, however, once I brought it to the manager's attention, the problem was promptly rectified and delivered in time for the ceremony. I was very pleased with them valuing me as a customer and going the extra mile to include pictures of the new arrangement (due to me not being local). Highly recommended and will definitely use again if the need arises! Thank you very much!!! read more

I would give this place no stars if it was an option. My girlfriend ordered me flowers for Valentine's Day and I never received them. That was on a Thursday. Finally on Saturday she asked if I ever got anything delivered. Of course I said no. So she had the call the flower shop to figure out why I never received my flowers. It's one thing to not be able to deliver that day or even the next day. But to not even notify her that the flowers were never delivered is completely unacceptable! It is now over a week later she has asked for a refund last Saturday. Still hasn't received it. They keep playing games with her telling her to come into the shop then telling her that they will send her the money though an app. Either way it is now over a week since she canceled and asked for a refund back and she still hasn't received it. Never use this company! And from the looks of the other reviews the flowers aren't even worth it. read more

I ordered a nice small and neat arrangement online to brighten someone's day. The delivered product was a hot mess. It was just a bunch of flowers thrown into vase and did not look anything like the picture! I could have just run to Publix and picked up some flowers and thrown them in a vase if that is all they were going to do. Disappointed and will not order from here again. read more

I ordered flowers, chocolate box and a balloon for our daughters 22nd birthday. I included instructions for a morning delivery as my daughter had to work at 1pm. I called the shop in the a.m. to make sure they could get there by then. The lady on the phone said they would be there by noon. She lives in an apartment not far from the flower shop. The shop did not deliver the gifts until 2:45 and no one was home. They left the flowers, balloon and chocolate on the door step of her apartment. When my daughter came home they were gone. Someone stole them. The flower shop should not have left them on the door step and should have called to inform someone when they were arriving to make plans to pick up or redeliver another day. Why would you leave chocolate on a door step in Florida! It would be all melted. I called the shop and asked what they could do for me and why they left them. They said we delivered them and could not guarantee delivery time. I asked why they left them and not take them back to the shop for pick up. She had no answer for me. I will not do business again with them and I would not recommend them. I called my credit card company to dispute the order. read more

The person over the phone barely spoke English and got my order information wrong over the phone many times. It took 30 minutes to place a single order and then my card didn't go through because more info was wrong and I was receiving text messages about the order. I canceled the order via text and then they called me back saying the fixed it, which meant that had to change my information on my order after I had already canceled, which was frustrating. I cannot speak to how nice their flowers are, but placing an order was a nightmare and a half so I canceled the order. It might be easier to go in and place an order with them but it should never be a 3 hour ordeal like it was today. I would advise hiring better people. read more

My husband sent me roses for my birthday. I was not home at the time of delivery so they were left outside my door in 92 degree heat.... Pretty sad that all this money was spent to send something special and someone took the time to make a beautiful arrangement and it was all for nothing... Flowers were already drooping when I took arraignment inside.... Yes, I trimmed the flowers and put them in fresh water with a preservative packet... They lasted 1 day... An arrangement like that should last at least a week especially if they are cared for properly read more

I had the same experience as others. Had trouble communicating with them. They barely spoke English. I ordered an expensive, hugh flower arrangement to be delivered to a funeral. Horrified and embarrassed at the arrangement. It was delivered wilted. Such disrespect for such an occasion. I informed the shop of their unacceptable arrangement. They denied any issues. I asked them to check into delivery method and get back to me. They promised to get back to me but of course never did. DO NOT use this shop especially for delivery. They will not stand behind their service and product! read more

I ordered a birthday arrangement from Nebr. to Orlando where the recipient works for the largest employer in Orlando (you figure that one out), I ordered them online "FromYouFlowers" who obviously does not do background on their venders. The arrangement was horrid and ninety dollars. I wish I could post a pic here. It was supposed to be a over the hill cake design. It was not a black and white cake design as advertised, but purples, pinks, yellows w. a huge pink rose. They did not even use the same type of flowers. The candles were for a childs' birthday cake, not over the hill black as shown on the pic. So disappointed and just outraged at the lack of skill this florist displays. When you order from FTD you don't get to pick what florist will do the arrangement, I would have never picked them based on the rating. The recipient has no clue what I ordered and I will not say, I don't want them to feel this disappointment. What may happen is the recipients works place of thousands of people will get a group email. read more
