Delivered a week earlier than confirmed delivery date, and flowers/arrangement looked like crap would absolutely not recommend or buy from again. Working on trying to get a refund but the company's phone is no longer in service. The card was also done half in pen and half in pencil. Would not recommend this florist. They delivered my flowers 4 days late and were nothing close to what I ordered. Called they were supposed to credit me back money and never did. read more

Brian did a wonderful job doing the flowers for my sister's wedding in the Hudson Valley. The bridal bouquet was one of the most beautiful bouquet's I've ever seen and on top of it all...it was a great price! read more

I saw a really nice bouquet in a basket on their website and ordered it to be delivered to my mothers workplace. I asked for it to be delivered around 10am so she could enjoy it for most of the day. Around 12:30 still no delivery, so i called and inquired when it would be getting there as I didn't want them to miss her during her lunch break, and also mentioned that i requested an early delivery, which was obviously too much to ask for from them. I even placed the order a few days in advance. And the worst part, is that their shoppe and my delivery is only 1/2 mile away, 2 minutes. You would hope being that close, it would be a priority to serve local business's as quick as possible. So i guess they don't really look at customers requests, at least when you order online. So after my phone call was made my order showed up in 20 minutes, hmmm, thanks. So i ordered an arrangement that was suppose to have 6 dark pink roses, 8 smaller light pink roses, a few bushels of dark pink hydrangeas and some queen anne's lace. And all of it sitting in a basket with pink poka dots and ribbon. Along with a chosen card with a particular title. That was completely not was made or delivered. Instead my mom received 6 dark pink roses, 8 white and pink lillies, some leafy green fill in plants, and some bushels of small purple accents, and finally....in a plain glass vase and accompanied and by a plain card. Then when the shoppe realized i was contesting the charge on my credit card, they attempted to contact me, which i was not able to respond quick enough for their liking. So they took upon their unprofessional staff to contact my mother at her workplace to inquire if she like what she received. Hey guys you forgetting something? I was the paying customer! So after intruding my moms workplace during work hours with their phone call, by the end of their inquiry (basically with my mom telling them she wasn't able to conversate during work) The guy made the ending remark to my mom that " I guess you're those kind of people that don't pay". Really? Really professional, especially after they didn't make or deliver what was ordered on their website. To end, I've been fully reimbursed by my credit card company, as I sent them pictures of what was delivered, and with their own investigating my dispute on florists website,and with NO evidence from the shoppe to be able to convince them I was in the wrong and they were right. I have been a customer for 6 years. Initially, I considered this to be the best florist in the area. Unfortunately, their quality has plummeted in recent years (my most recent purchases have not been good). I finally gave up on them on Valentines Day (2014). I ordered two dozen roses (1 pink, 1 white) with additional purple flowers. I was charged an outrageous price of $140 for this (I decided to give them a shot since they had been a good florist in the past). When I received the flowers, despite the ridiculous price/dozen, they were not long-stem, there were no purple flowers, the roses were not pink OR white....and worst of all, the majority of them died by the next day. NONE of them opened. I called immediately and it was clear that the person I was talking to did not care that I did not receive the flowers that I ordered. I was offered a refund (they would come and pick up the flowers, leaving me with nothing) or a partial refund. I took the partial refund since I wanted at least something for my wife when she got home. When the flowers died, I called (left a msg since no one answered) and emailed twice (no response) asking for a full refund and for them to pick them up. Nearly a week after my initial phone call (where I complained about the incorrect order), I received a measly credit of $22. They never responded to my calls/emails about the dead flowers. I am now contesting this with my credit card. DO NOT waste your time with this business. It is no longer the high quality establishment it used to be. read more

I used the Flower Shoppe for my recent wedding, and I was incredibly displeased. The contract said they would arrive at 8 am, and they didnt get to the venue until 940, which was unfortunate because many pictures were taken already without my bouquets. The Centerpieces were bare, even though I went in to see them twice to have them make my centerpieces bigger and add more flowers if need be. They did not listen, and the centerpieces looked terrible. We discussed using the chuppah flowers on the sweetheart table, and that simply did not happen. I had asked for tooling to go through the flowers down the aisle, and they just didnt bring it. I did like my bouquets, I just felt that there was a total disregard for what the bride wanted, and the quality of my centerpieces sucked. If you are considering using this florist for your wedding, Do not do it! Its really not worth it! read more
