I always ask the recipient to send me a photo. The arrangement sent, in addiiton to it be a scaled down version of what I ordered, didn't look anything like what I ordered. Instead of roses and mini-carnations, they sent a bouquet of daisys. Pictures below. I ordered by phone and made a special point that I expected the arrangement to be of Premium value and close to what I ordered. They assured me no problem. When I saw what was sent I called, asked for the owner, and asked for a partial reimbursement at the very least to the Standard pricing. Not only did they deliver them to the church when requested, they were early -- which really helped defuse my anxiety on such a rough day. The flowers were just as gorgeous as pictured, and they lasted for more than a week. Cut flowers, especially in Scarsdale, are expensive these days. But with Colonial Flowers, it's definitely a case of "you get what you pay for," both with quality of flowers and with customer service.
