I emailed the Flower Studio on July 25th at 12am with some questions on a particular bouquet that my friend had her heart set on. She needed a price and some general info on availability. Andie from the Flower Studio got back at 6:30am that same day. I was thrilled to receive such a prompt response. We exchanged 31 e-mails over the next five days in regards to the brides' wishes and desires for her wedding bouquet. All communication between me and Andie at the Flower Studio happened through e-mail. My friend who was getting married lives in Florida, I however live in Texas. She always replied promptly and with every response I received she was polite and sincere. She did advise me that she might not be able to provide the exact flowerers that the bride wanted because sometimes they are not available. She reassured me that she would do her best and keep to the color palette that the bride choose while also respecting her other wishes. I was helping a friend long distance and wanted to surprise her with the bouquet being a gift from myself and another friend. I asked Andie if it would be okay if I sent her a card for her to give the bride on the day of the wedding. She was happy to help and even offered to write what we wanted to say for us. I wanted it to be hand written so we sent it in the mail to Andie at the Flower Studio. She e-mailed me when she received the card. Andie also e-mailed me a few days before the wedding and asked for my approval on the flowers she had chosen. I was ecstatic; they were exactly what the bride had her heart set on. The day of the wedding Andie emailed me that everything was ready to go with pictures of the finished bouquet. When the bride went to go pick up the bouquet at the Flower Studio her bouquet and card from us was nicely displayed on a table. Andie even helped my friend out to her car with the flowers. Andie emailed me after the bride left and briefly described her reaction and conversation. Andie truly made my day knowing that the bride was happy and that everything went according to plan. There are florists and there are craftsman of the floral trade. Andie at The Flower Studio is a craftsman of her trade AND has great customer service. I stopped by the shop after not finding exactly what I wanted from her website but had a photo of "sort of" what I wanted. After talking with her, I was confident my money would be well spent. She knew her stuff and explained all options and flower types, costs, etc. She took the time to educate me a bit...refreshing. Before delivery of the finished product, she texted me a photo, which looked beautiful. The preview also nice touch, especially when ordering from afar. When I saw the arrangement in person....the arrangement was just stunning! Wow! Really really impressive! So, so beautiful and full of a nice mix of complimentary colors and flowers that were densely placed to add to the fullness of the arrangement. Just magnificent! The photo did not do it justice. Many, many "wow" comments from those who saw the end result of her great work. I will say I have found a new florist! I don't find myself ordering flowers too much, but when I do, The Flower Studio is my new "go to" place! And I will be telling all my friends about you when they are looking for a florist. We had a positive case of covid-19 the day before our wedding and had to post-pone, and they made it so easy for us! Rescheduling was a breeze and she was so sincere to our situation! Since it was the day before my wedding, our floral had already been ordered so there wasn't much that could be done, but Andie made sure that I still received my beautiful arrangements to enjoy and even hand delivered them to our air bnb! She was extremely helpful & always available to answer any question I had! I am very particular about the flowers I wanted to use and she made the design process so easy! Even the second time around when I wanted to change a couple things for our new wedding date! We used fake magnolias in my bridal arrangement and you would never be able to tell! The Flower Studio is simply the BEST!!! My father passed away in June, in the midst of COVID closures and George Floyd protests and curfews. It was incredibly stressful. An absolutely gorgeous arrangement from Andie at The Flower Studio arrived at my parents house the same day we met with the funeral home. We had refused to purchase the unattractive and expensive flower arrangements the funeral home was pushing, so that arrangement from Andie was a perfectly-timed gift! After looking at The Flower Studio website, I called Andie and she created four absolutely stunning arrangements for us. She was so thoughtful in her design, she even found a tasteful way to include Florida Gators colors and asked what color the coffin would be so the greenery would provide the most beautiful contrast. She delivered the flowers herself on the morning of the funeral and was truly an angel to our family during a difficult time. All of this for hundreds less than the funeral home would've charged. Fantastic experience. Not your run-of-the- mill flower shop. Many unique and artistic bouquets. We ended up with a plant-type arrangement with orchids and lilies among other interesting live foliage, weathered branches, etc. My mom absolutely loved it and, unlike typical bouquets, remarked how much she is looking forward to keeping it alive and enjoying it for quite some time to come. Nice to have such an attractive, long-term floral option. I really appreciate that Andie (according to email signature block) took a live shot of the finished product and sent it to me by email. Andie, owner of The Flower Studio, is truly an artist and very knowledgeable floral designer. She did all of the flowers for my daughter's May wedding and we could not have been happier. We gave her the color theme and she came up with beautiful selections and arrangements for the bridal party, wedding, and for the reception. We had some items that we wanted to incorporate, like lanterns, old-fashioned mason jars, little pink ceramic pigs with wings (think "When pigs fly"), vintage flower vases, miniature robin's eggs, purple raffia, and she handled it all. Last night I went online and ordered a flower arrangement for my stepmom for Mother's Day. I wanted something pretty, rustic, and unique. The photos on this website looked nice so I ordered an arrangement to be delivered today. If I could give this florist more then five stars I would! I was going crazy looking for a florist that was open on Sundays in the Altamonte springs fl. area. Until I found Theflowerstudioonline.com. I immediately called them up and placed my order and asked if the flowers and chocolates can be delivered before 4 pm and Andie told me don't worry I will have the flowers delivered by 3:30 pm. I made an error with the address and did not notice it until after I hit submit.
