We moved from Burbank to Georgia to retire and be with family. We contacted David and Pat Fogg to handle the sale of our Burbank house. I wanted to move before listing our house so as not to hinder our packing and moving. Pat and David as well as his staff were so helpful. David made some suggestions for "curb appeal" touch ups, and provided all the necessary contacts for improvements and repairs that were necessary. He also provided advise for unnecessary expenditures which would not impact the sale. When moving day came, there was "junk" that just would not make the move, and I was out of time to arrange disposal. Good heaven's, where do I start. David and his very competent team, were top notch right out of the starting gate. Punctual, did everything they said they were going to do in a VERY timely manner. We had David sell our house, and it wasn't an easy sell, our house was on Country Club Drive, and the street is in a canyon, subject to fires and most recently floods. During open houses (only had 2 and he sold it!) David would send me pictures and updates of the people inside the house looking and how the general feel of the people going thru it was... It was comforting to know he was there along with another team member to answer any questions that may have come up. I can't imagine a better real estate agent than David Fogg. I have worked with him twice. Once, in 2008, when he sold my mother's home, and recently, when he worked with me in my role as a trustee to sell the home of an elderly friend who died. He is amazingly efficient and always gets things done in a timely manner.
