For the event, I bought her YoungBae Signature Seasoning, which is similar to a "Chesapeake style seasoning with a twist." FoodLoveTog also sells the Signature House Seasoning, Garlic Goodness Signature Seasoning, and LemonPeppa Signature Seasoning. We had finished our meal, had already told our waiter that we did not want dessert, and were essentially ready to leave when a gentleman approached our table specifically to tell us that we had 15 minutes remaining. It was unnecessary and made us feel as though we were being pushed out when we weren't lingering or preventing the staff from turning the table. I mentioned this on my way out and was told that guests are informed they have 90 minutes to dine. We don't recall having that explained to us, but more importantly, I don't think that should be the defining experience at a restaurant positioning itself as a higher-quality dining destination. There are much more gracious ways to manage table timing, particularly when the guests have already finished their meal and indicated they aren't ordering anything else. We were also celebrating our daughter's birthday and specifically mentioned it to the host when we were seated. Unfortunately, there was no acknowledgment of her birthday during dinner, which was another missed opportunity to make the evening memorable. It's disappointing because the food, drinks, patio, and our waiter were all excellent. We were prepared to leave thinking we'd had a 5-star dinner. Instead, the final interaction made a wonderful evening feel transactional and turned what would have been a 5-star review into a 3-star experience. A restaurant can serve outstanding food, but the way guests are made to feel is part of the experience too.

When he first approached the table, he literally tossed straws onto the table with no greeting or acknowledgment. For a split second, it felt like we were at Dick's Last Resort--except without the humor. While he did take our drink orders, there was a noticeable delay, and when he returned, he only brought waters and soft drinks without any communication about the rest. The interactions throughout the night felt rushed and inattentive. When taking our appetizer order, he moved on to another table immediately without checking if we needed anything else. Later, he briefly returned, pointed, and said "this?" to confirm the order, then left again. One positive note--he memorized all of our orders without writing anything down, and everything came out correctly. That was genuinely impressive. I understand that service jobs can be mentally taxing, and I truly empathize with that. We were also a party of seven and requested multiple checks (4-5), which I recognize can be more complex and time-consuming. That said, the overall lack of attentiveness and professionalism was still disappointing, especially for a special occasion. With food and atmosphere this strong, the service should match.
