    Lunch menu 11/25

Thai Town serves a delicious assortment of Thai traditional faves. The restaurant is outside of an old strip mall off US40. You wouldn't know it's there except for the great reviews on Yelp. The dining is room is dated but clean and spacious. Our server, served as hostess and server for the entire restaurant. She managed to keep our waters filled and checked on us. The food came out quickly. The lunch menu offers about 14 options between $9-10. Lunches come with Thom Yum Soup, spring roll and entree. That's a great deal on a lot of food. The food is great. The Thom Yum soup is flavorful with a hint of spice. I could have made a whole meal of the soup. The spring roll was good. I had the Stir Fried Eggplant with chicken. I love eggplant and this dish hit the mark. I had the mild spice level, which was perfect for me. My husband had Chicken Pad Thai, which was spicy and delicious. There was a generous portion of moist chicken and the tamarind sauce was yummy. He raved about his lunch. There is a dedicated parking lot. The sign outside is a little hard to see, best to use Yelp directions. The restaurant is not too far off the US465 exit and not too far from the airport. Bathrooms are available but they could really use a facelift. This is a great little hidden gem with great prices on good food. I'll be a regular.

Stop by here for lunch on the way to the airport. Coming from Los Angeles, I think we're a little lucky because we have such a huge Thai population, and probably the best Thai food outside of Thailand. Their lunch specials are definitely a very good deal, And well worth the price. Their Tom Yum soup was so so, a little different and not used to what I'm eating in Thailand and in LA. I ordered the basil Thai fried rice, and it didn't come with basil, so that was very disappointing, and to be honest, not very good. The green curry was just average. Interesting choice of veggies in it, and lacked the bite I am used to.

I came here for the first time for a quick lunch and it was so delicious. The lunch special is under $10 with a spring roll and bowl of soup to accompany a lunch entree. The Thai ginger tea was a great addition to my lunch. Quick service, as well, as I was in and out in less than thirty minutes. Can also pick different spice levels depending on your level you can handle. Would love to come here again, a hidden gem right off the highway.

    Real Thai iced tea!

I am embarrassed that I have lived in the area for 9 years and is now just trying this restaurant. It is DELICIOUS! It is real authentic Thai food with a good heat level. Be warned if you cannot tolerate spicy food. I recommend ZERO spice if you cannot handle spicy food. I asked for medium and it would be what a Hot level is at another restaurant. I loved it. The lunch special deal is enough food. Try it out!!

    - Hidden Gem with Authentic Thai Flavors! From the outside, Thai Town Cuisine is a very unassuming little Thai restaurant--but step inside, and you'll discover some excellent Thai cooking. I ate here two days in a row, and both meals were spot on. On my first visit, I had the Massaman Chicken Curry--rich, comforting, and perfectly spiced, with tender chicken and a beautiful balance of sweet and savory flavors. The next day, I came back for the Red Curry, and it was every bit as perfect--creamy, aromatic, and full of fresh vegetables and tender chicken. The portions were just right, the flavors invoking classic Thai cooking and the presentation inviting. The vegetarian Thom Yum soup is a must-try--bright, tangy, and sour, and the spring rolls are light and crispy perfection. The service is warm and welcoming, the food comes out quickly, and every dish tastes freshly made with care. Thai Town Cuisine may look modest from the outside, but inside, it's a true treasure. I can't wait to come back again.

Excellent atmosphere, very polite and personal server. I ordered the Tum Yum Shrimp soup (cup), summer rolls, and Phad Thai. First to arrive was the Tum Yum Soup, piping hot and so very flavorful. It was excellent. Follow was the Summer Rolls...I was surprised to receive 4 rolls...very tasty with peanut sauce. Lastly to arrive was the Phad Thai...I thought I ordered it with chicken but it arrived with shrimp. A little different to me but still very yummy. I almost finished my meal, but a common mistake for me is to order way to much. This restaurant has great reviews. I think you will enjoy it also. I'll be back for certain.

Starting the year off with some much needed pho. Whenever I feel like I'm about to come down with something, I get some pho. The ambiance inside is bright colors, very chill, and no music was playing. It was quiet for a rainy evening. I stopped into Thai Town to place a to-go order of Guaytel Beef Pho and veggie spring rolls. Might I add that there are spice levels, no spice to Super Hot. I got medium spice for my guaytel, enough to give my taste buds a little kick. Noodles, vegetables, and beef broth are all packaged separately. So I had to do a little assembly at home, which is fine by me. Added little sides of sriracha sauce and little peanut bites (crumb pieces you see) can top off the dish. Mix it in and enjoy. The order took about 15 minutes' wait time. But you also have the option to call ahead, and they have a drive-thru for a people on the go! Definitely give them a try. I will be back to enjoy some more!

Food was very good and reasonably priced. Our waitress was the daughter of the owner of this family establishment. Cook from what I understand was grandma, so three generations working and keeping this spot going. Ambiance was it's a nice quiet spot, kind of looked closed from outside. Simple decor, but food made up for it. Waitress had me get Beef With Cashews instead of the chicken, I also got medium heat and it was just right!

Panang Curry with a side of sprite

The food passes the test. I was in town for a couple days and need something quick. It was near the airport and my hotel. If you're ever in the area please come here and try their Panang Curry. Super delicious and flavorful!

I decided to try Baan Thai Bistro after reading a few reviews, and it turned out to be a great decision. I called in an order for carry out. When I saw the quaint interior I wished that I had time to dine in. The building is beautiful, inside and out. The unique decor was practically beckoning me to sit down and enjoy a relaxing meal. I ordered spring rolls and drunken noodles with tofu. The spring rolls were light and crispy. I would recommend ordering a few. Or more than a few. My drunken noodles were excellent. I ordered mild-to medium spice, and the spice level was perfect. The serving size was generous. Will have leftovers for dinner, yay! Service was very pleasant. Ordering was efficient. I called in my order and received a text when my order was ready. I'll definitely return, and would enjoy dining in next time. Thanks to Yelpers for the great reviews that brought me here.

They have lots of space to park, but the restaurant itself is very small and there can be long wait times if you get there during peak dinner rush. I think we only ended up waiting about 15 minutes for a table though, so it wasn't too bad and the weather was really nice outside. They also have a cute little tiny library in the parking lot that we perused while we waited. They were very busy and a bit understaffed, so service was slow. It took a while to get drink orders put in after we said we still needed to look over the menu. Three out of four drinks came out after a bit of another wait, but the fourth drink was a cocktail and took 30+ minutes to be brought over to the table after being ordered at the same time as the wine and Thai tea. Our empty water carafe kept getting looked over and we had to ask a few times for another carafe. For appetizers, our friends ordered the dumplings to share and we ordered the crispy tofu to share. While both were good, the dumplings were the favorite. The peanut dipping sauce for the tofu was delicious, but the tofu itself was not crispy at all which was a bummer. For meals, everyone ordered chicken as their protein, but when my friend's curry was brought out the first time it had beef in it, which she doesn't eat. Her husband went up to the front to get it resolved since our server hadn't come back over yet. The correct curry was brought over a few minutes later, so that was great customer getting it fixed timely. Once everyone had their correct dish, we dug in and it was crazy delicious. The spice level was perfect and my curry stayed piping hot my entire meal. Despite the small blips in the evening, which I think were due to being short-staffed, we all had a lovely time and I can't wait to come back to try another dish.
