The second server approached the customers, she came in really hot, and said "if your dog barks it can't be in here" then the manager came in to the space and let them know they couldn't stay if the dog barks. The dog is very small, the three people were of colour, I'm unsure if this had anything to do with it, they didn't seem to mind their Caucasian customers. I would highly recommend anyone who likes dogs, respects people with disabilities or who aren't racist not support an establishment who clearly stands against all of this. Honestly I haven't seen people following their customer out and standing there bullying a person with a disability in front on the restaurant recording them after kicking them out. The manager also refused to hand the business card to the customer, and threw it on the table. Disgusting and shameful behaviour.

Service: The staff was very friendly and I had a smooth pickup. Food: The chicken was kind of dry and I would have liked it to be more seasoned. The sandwich could also have used more sauce. I would not recommend getting the gravy, it was not very flavorful. Also, maybe because I waited a bit before eating, but the fries were a but soggy. Others: Their washroom was not open to the public, which is totally understandable during this time. There is an outhouse at the lcbo next door so that was convenient.

We were greeted with a warm welcome and the servers were very attentive. We ordered the steak, risotto with grilled chicken, miso cod, fish and chips and the ancient grains bowl. The steak was cooked to perfection. The risotto was creamy and umami-filled. The miso cod was light and was nicely paired with the coconut curry sauce. The fish and chips were 10/10, and the ancient grains was refreshing. Highly recommend the Leaping Horse Merlot 2021 Would definitely come back here!

If you're not fortunate enough to live there it's a great place for a visit, with entertainment, water sports, a nearby golf course, shopping, delicious food, and more! It reminds me of some places I've been to in Florida. Beautiful! We stopped in at Beach Club for something light to eat. Their lunch menu is a bit limited but that's not a bad thing. Everything looked so good, it took us a while to decide but we settled on the Watermelon and Halloumi Salad and the Lamb Kofta Pita. Both dishes were plated beautifully, with lots of colour. The salad stood out with appearance and flavour. Good call, Jennifer! The lamb/beef kofta was equally colourful and attractive. Delicious! A Spicy Mango Margarita was a great complement to this meal. The food at Beach Club was excellent and the service was outstanding! Highly recommended!

It's going to be a tight fit with just three tables of four. Hang on tight, it's a culinary delight of Canadian and American flavors! Start with the dry ribs. Amazing!!!!! Try some Jerk chicken poutine. Fantastic!!!! Another beer/wine/sparkling to cleanse the pallet. Your going to need it. Cesar salad to cool your tongue down, cold romain with house made dressing with just the right amount of anchovie for some light kick. Finished with fish and chips, light battered fillet atop a mound of fresh cut fries. Mac and cheese three with truffle oil and shallots. Flavor abounds! Fete du complete with their double chocolate brownie to end this flavor extravaganza. Wow.... How one Chef in a tiny cottage kitchen can produce this quality of food......I don't know how, but keep it coming. Outstandingl restaurant and staff.

Glad we did. Simple menus with something for everyone's tastes. We had the burger (which was indeed homemade), poutine (best in Bala), salad and the mac and cheese. Everyone was very pleased. When walking in - the small interior will throw you off but if the weathers right - the patio is awesome. Can't recommend this place enough if you're looking for affordable and something the kids will love. Service and food were top notch.

We were greeted at the front by the hostess and seated by our waiter. The patio set up was stunning and since it was snowing outside the fireplace warmed up the space. We came in at about 4pm which was on the tail end of lunch but beginning of dinner, so we were able to order from the dinner menu. We ordered the prime rib sandwich with lobster bisque soup, Caesar salad and miso glazed bone marrow. We were very disappointed when the bone marrow came out, we had thought it would be hot and easily spreadable but we were sadly mistaken. It was topped with a shrimp ceviche, caviar and micro greens. I felt the dish was two separate items smashed into one - the bone marrow was cold and chunky, tasting like you were eating chunks of fat mixed with the shrimp. We were interested in the Caesar salad because the waiter mentioned it was popular dish - but when this all came out, it looked & tasted like a regular salad. The prime rib sandwich wasn't anything spectacular and the lobster bisque tasted watered down. We finished off our meal with a London fog cream brulee which was delicious and a pistachio cheesecake. Overall we weren't fans of the food but we fell in love with the stunning decor & atmosphere.
