Richard was amazing! His staff were so attentive and helpful the whole venue time. So many complaints on the food, the drinks and the over all experience. I would definitely recommend using The Fox for any event you have! Richard also answered every question I had and responded very quickly. Now looking for an excuse to have another event there!

We had our wedding here 1/4/2020. The location is beautiful and historic, has a really old fashioned vibe, which I love. Michelle and Richard were so helpful, especially to someone like me who is unsure of anything and has a million questions! They were flexible and patient with us, as well as accommodating. The day of our wedding was seamless! Perfectly organized. The food was awesome (Italian menu), the drinks were flowing & our guests reported that they had a great time. We also had our rehearsal dinner here the night before which was so convenient and stress free. I highly recommend taking advantage of that option. We also used the their in-house DJ, David and he was also awesome. So easy to work with and really did an excellent job with sound, music, and lighting. I really could not have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend this venue !!!!

I just had my wedding here a month ago and wanted to wait till we had some photos that included how beautiful this venue is. Richard, Michelle and their whole team did such an amazing job. From the moment I walked into the venue I felt so much inspiration and excitement. They made the whole process easy and they are great at communicating with me and with my parents about payments and things we wanted to add. I highly recommend this place. It was amazing and didn't break the bank. The food was great, their staff was kind and helpful through our whole event.

I will start this review off by saying…read morethat I photograph weddings, so having a gorgeous scenic spot to marry my boyfriend/fiancé of 11 years was the #1 on our list and The Pond (+ the overcast weather haha) DELIVERED. And the #2 thing on the list was having a variety of backdrops to photograph against which we also found here no question. We first toured The Pond and met with Bonnie (the owner) back in September 2022. We had already toured 5 other venues and this ended up being our second to last tour and last day of touring. The second I stepped on the premise I knew we had found our place. The venue is absolutely gorgeous, breathtaking, and well taken care of. The pond is also full of bright koi fish and other cute little friends like ducks walk around. I felt like we were already late in booking a 2023 date, but to our luck they had May 5, 2023 open which was also 11th anniversary! Easy and done. This hidden gem venue has charm and is the most unique and scenic venue I've ever been to. The main selling points for us in addition to the views were: 1. Full Bridal and Groom houses to relax and get ready in. We each had 8 bridesmaids and groomsmen + our family so it was very important to us that we could find a place that could accommodate our large party to get ready in. They also have separate parking for the wedding party right next to the Bridal/Groom houses and another larger parking lot for guests which is also free for them 2. Fun and unique areas for all of our guests to spread out and explore. Including the gazebo overlooking the pond, fire pit (for s'mores), and cove underneath the gazebo to experience a waterfall. There was also a ton of space for all our vendors to set up including a Boba Table and Photobooth 3. Affordable price that included 1 hour rehearsal the day before, 10 hours on the premise for the wedding, and our package also included the DJ and Bartender team. This was great because those vendors are already used to working with Bonnie's team and DJ Richie killed our lighting throughout the venue as well! They also set up heat lamps for us when it got colder at night 4. DIY everything! I have been looking forward to planning my wedding my whole life and had a lot of decoration and vendor ideas. Bonnie and our Coordinator team (YourDayYourWay) helped make all our ideas and plans come to life and were gracious about accommodating everything we asked for including keeping the sails down in the ceremony space for our photos, letting us do special cups for boba, and letting us choose our catering (5 Elementos Food Truck). The whole event was 100% customized by us and this was so cool since I know a lot of venues have strict rules they never bend. And for anyone who may be deterred reading this because they don't want to DIY everything, I promise the venue still looks great just as it is even without all the extra stuff. Seriously! 5. They allow sparkler exits! Not many venues in CA allow this and I was stoked they had the perfect spot for it If you happen to stumble upon my review and are wondering if you should book The Pond for your next event/wedding, just do it! :D

From the very beginning, owners Jason and Katie were wonderful to work with. They did a great job showcasing the property and explaining how the space can be transformed to create a beautiful, timeless wedding. The pricing was also within our budget, which was a huge plus for us. We chose a package that included almost everything we needed, including the majority of our vendors. The only vendors we were responsible for finding ourselves were the photographer, officiant, and bakery for our wedding cake, which made the planning process much more manageable. The food and drinks provided through their vendors were absolutely delicious--our guests raved about how good everything was, and that was definitely one of the highlights of the day. Our day-of coordinator, Abby, was also fantastic. She really helped bring our vision to life for both the ceremony and reception and made sure everything flowed smoothly on the wedding day. We also received a complimentary upgrade to their scentscaping, which was such a subtle but lovely touch and added something special to the overall atmosphere. Areas for improvement One thing we would have appreciated was receiving a more detailed, itemized breakdown of the package pricing, specifically showing how much of our total was allocated to each individual vendor. Having that information upfront would have made it easier to understand exactly where our money was going. We also felt that the planning process could have been a little more structured. At times, it felt like we had to figure out what our next steps were or what needed to be completed and when. Having a step-by-step planning guide or timeline from the venue would have made the process feel less overwhelming and given us more confidence that we weren't missing anything. Thankfully, we had ChatGPT, Pinterest, and some very helpful friends to guide us along the way! Overall, we truly enjoyed our experience with Veil Wedding Loft. The beautiful space, delicious food and drinks, wonderful vendors, and incredible support on our wedding day helped create a celebration that we--and our guests--will remember for years to come. We would absolutely recommend Veil Wedding Loft to couples looking for a beautiful, timeless, and all-inclusive wedding experience in Redlands.

I needed to tour Kimberly Crest because I always wanted a Disney Princess wedding, but I didn't want to get married at Disneyland or in Downtown Disney. To book the tour slot, we filled out the form on their website and emailed to coordinate a time with Mary and Tanya after sharing some additional details about our wedding (priorities, budget, timing, guest count). The historic home and additional stone stairwell and fountain add-on are beautiful, and they are great for couples who want a photographic venue and have put a high emphasis on getting great wedding portraits in a castle-eqsque setting. We were looking for a wedding venue with water elements, and felt like the fountain/pond was a great water feature. You have the option for your guests to go inside the house for a guided tour during cocktail hour, but otherwise it is closed, which means the entirety of your wedding is outdoors. Inspired by a French castle, the French château-style mansion was built in 1897 and has an old Victorian-style architecture, and the iconic cascading stone and concrete stairs in the Italian Renaissance-style gardens (the majority of the photos you see online) were added between 1905 and 1909 as a part of the garden overhaul by the new Kimberly family owners. In case of rain in Redlands, they have great tent partnerships and can get your reception space tented for a great day. It's a venue-only rental, which is great if you're looking to bring in all of your own vendors for a Saturday wedding with up to 200 guests! The ceremony is on the grass lawn, the cocktail hour is behind the house in a cute secret garden area, and the main reception dinner and dancing are in the courtyard at the top of the stairs, and you can really transform the space for your own fairytale vision. If you book, you get exclusive use of historic gardens & grounds, and the old Carriage House and Garden House as the two getting ready rooms for the amount of hours that you book (keep in mind the hours you book also include the setup and tear down times for your vendors). While we were touring, there were professional photoshoots for Quinceañeras, and I can easily see why they'd select Kimberly Crest for their photoshoot! Although we ended up going a different direction for our wedding venue, we loved seeing the different spaces around the property, and I hope to be able to come back one day.

Be sure to arrive a little early as they start right on time. The Kimberly Crest House offers reserved tours for small groups, which makes the experience feel more personal. Our docent was incredibly knowledgeable and had even worked closely with the family's descendants, so she shared lots of fascinating and heartfelt stories along the way. While photos and videos aren't allowed inside, the tour includes a walk through the living room, dining room, kitchen, second-floor common area, a remodeled bathroom, and several bedrooms. The interior was beautifully preserved, and the whole house was comfortably air-conditioned, which made the hour-long tour very pleasant. The gift shop is currently under construction, so only pop-up cards were available for purchase during our visit. I do wish we had been able to take photos for keepsakes. This was a lovely example of women's leadership and education throughout history.

The staff was very apologetic and allowed us to take our time with rescheduling. We even rescheduled twice because of changing mandates/ lockdowns with no hassle or fees. We met again with staff the week before our rescheduled event in May 2021 and we were able to update our guest count and adjust our invoice because unfortunately, it had changed significantly. The building is so beautiful and perfect for wedding portraits. We booked the Summerbell room and patio for our wedding reception. At our original walk-through meeting we were given a voucher to dine at the Mitten. We enjoyed it so much that we decided to book a tasking. After that tasting, we knew we had to go with the Mitten Building for our catering as well. All of the food was high quality and absolutely delicious! I toured the venue for my wedding and I definitely got the sense that they look down on their guests and vendors, which as someone in the service industry is NOT OK. The person showing me the venue also arrived 20 minutes late and did not apologize. They say they have vineyards but it's a patch of dirt with some tree branches, not to count horrible parking, bad common areas, and again, completely unprofessional staff. The lawn is crazy big but offers no shade, this venue should be called the Barton lawn, not the Barton House since guests can't even use it. The restrictions are frankly ridiculous and there is no good way to lay it out. Consider going to another venue. I had my wedding at the grove and it was hands down a better experience.
