Excellent food with a nice variety of meals. Just wish they had more than a 4 week rotation on their meals. Prompt delivery

Very quick service! I like that they have a loyalty rewards program. The food was very fresh and we got the medium sized bowl which was a good amount of food. They had a wider variety of add on sauces versus other poke places I've seen. I'll definitely be going back!

Also in the bowl: Jalapeño, Cucumber, Scallions, Edamame, Crunch, Spicy Aioli, Samurai Sauce. It was fresh tasting and firm marinated salmon although next time I think I would select the naked salmon instead of marinated because they add plenty of sauce. Also, it was a dainty bowl (small) and maybe I'd go for a medium size because. You order at the counter and it was just a few minutes to get our food. The space is small, kinda spartan, and they offer cans of soda/bottles of water but no boba. There is a small lot in front of the restaurant but a big lot in back. Also, if you park in back, it's close to Deerfield's bakery. I felt this was a fast, healthy option (you can add cauliflower rice or greens instead of white/brown rice) and the poke was very tasty.

We have tried both the regular version and the spicy, and which is our favorite? Both! It is an addictive dish -- so order the large size -- you will devour it all! Having this delicious dish a few years ago sent me down a rabbit hole where I was determined to make it myself. I can make it myself, yes, but HBS is far superior. Everything is packed nicely, and even their packages of nori taste better. This is a fun dish for a party (everyone will ask you where you got it) or even just to treat yo self.

It requires a bit of planning ahead for dinner, but well worth it since it's one of the few meals that my entire family enjoys. It's basically a big box of rice and crab filling. You heat it in the oven for 15-20 minutes. Scoop it into seaweed, which the kiddos find super fun...and you've got yourself an easy and healthyish dinner. We've tried both the regular and spicy and all prefer the regular. One large + one small is perfect for my family of 5 and we always have enough for leftovers the next day...and it tastes just as good a day later. I've been told it's extra good if you slice up cucumbers and avocado to add to it, but even that requires too much prep for me and it's been tasty enough on it's own. We've had it twice over the last few weeks and everyone enjoyed so much that I plan to make it part of our regular dinner routine.

When we went to Vietnam for a 5-day side trip back in March, 2025, we were fortunate to have tasted…read moresome very good Vietnamese food, including a Michelin-starred dinner and a Michelin Gourmand lunch. Some of my very memorable foods include every bowl of beef pho that was offered to us. The beef was tender and flavorful, the pho (rice noodles) was thin and smooth. Tonight, we were having takeout from one of our favorite eateries, Basu, again. Since the first bowl of beef pho that did not totally meet our expectations, we had been ordering chicken pho from them. Their grilled chicken has always been smooth and cooked nicely. Their sweet soy glazed chicken wings are finger-licking good. We like their ground pork egg rolls with crunchy skin as well. This time I wanted to give their beef pho another chance, and see how it would compare to those that I had in Vietnam, and hope that they have made some improvement over two and a half years. Well, it is still the same. The beef was not tender, although not too chewy, it was kind of rough. The pho was not as smooth as I would like it to be. The broth still tasted good and not too salty, though. The chicken pho and egg roll were still good. (We remove the side bag of raw bean sprouts, lime, and basil from the order, as we don't eat them). It is a still a solid 4-star. Next time I will switch back to chicken pho again. I am still glad that we have this Vietnamese eatery close by!

I came across the reviews of Guzman y Gomez on Yelp, and it sounded great, and we decided to try it. When I looked it up, I found out that if I ordered through the app we could start earning rewards, so we did this, and went inside to pick up the order and eat. Everything was ready and waiting in a large bag for us to pick up. We grabbed it at the pick up window, and went into the dining area to sit and eat. I ordered two tacos, and my husband got a burrito. With the tacos, I chose ground beef, and chose mild on the seasoning. They were very good, although I think next time I'll try spicy and see if I like that even better. But what set them apart was that the taco shells themselves had some taco seasoning on them that was delicious. The tacos also just had the basics, which is how I like them - meat, cheese, and salsa. And two were plenty for me, very substantial. My husband tried the ground beef burrito, which was huge. He could only eat half, and took the other half to eat later. He said he enjoyed it a lot. We were looking forward to going back, but I read just now that all the Chicago locations have closed as of today. That's a shame, because we really liked it a lot.
