I came here two days in a row while visiting Florida because I loved it so much. The harvest salad is simple but so good and fresh. If you're looking for clean eating for a great price this is your spot. The açaí bowl was also incredibly tasty even with minimal toppings. Everything was fresh and nutritious!

I've been here twice in the last six month, it's a good spot if you're in the area and in mood for breakfast. It seems like it's a little family and their daughter that work here and perhaps own the place. I always like to support small businesses. They're very friendly and I enjoy the food they prepare. I usually order - Surfer dude breakfast wrap - Bacon, egg, smashed avocado, tomato, and provolone cheese on a spinach wrap. This is good, I love that it's on the lighter side and basic yet healthy ingredients. I asked for a side of chipotle aioli since I read other yelper's saying they liked it. They charged me like two bucks for it, I thought that was a bit steep. Aside from that, I enjoyed this. 4.5 ($9.39) I've also tried their ground beef empanada, an island breeze smoothie and a wellness shot. All were good. All-in-all this is a solid option for breakfast or lunch. Friendly service and good food, can't go wrong. I will probably come back next time I'm in the area.

This place was underwhelming to be honest. I ordered the California Club and it had about 2 -3 slices of processed deli meat. I was honestly hoping for fresh carved Turkey when I come to a "healthy" place. The bread on the sandwich was a nice multigrain but the Turkey was a total bummer; especially when it's $11 for 2 slices of deli meat between 2 slices of bread. I also ordered the Green Ginger juice and it was ok. But, then again, I'm not a huge fan when they put a lot of Cucumber in a juice because it waters the juice down.

Pretty solid sandwich/ juice/ smoothie spot. Got the avocado king and sweet green juice. My bf's dad got the tuna roll wrap. The sandwich was a good size, really tasty and ingredients looked fresh but the juice was more sweet than I expected. He said he enjoyed the wrap and would come back too. Nice spot and comparable to tropical smoothie but definitely better and probably better ingredients/quality food. The space had a handful of tables, not crowded and not many people there when we went (midday Sunday) and cute decor. The person at the register was friendly and helpful recommending options. Waited ab 10 mins for everything, not bad at all.

Came here to grab lunch with my husband. We ordered a large smoothie, a chicken caesar wrap and a salad. Our total was close to $40 for just ok food. The smoothie was good, my wrap was mostly chicken and the caesar dressing wasn't very flavorful. my husbands salad was a joke, apparently there was lettuce shortage because there was the thinnest layer of lettuce in a $12 salad. For that price the salad should have filled the entire container. We could have gone to a sit down restaurant for less than what we spent here. Our first and last time here, which is unfortunate because we love these types of places.

If you're on your way to Dania Beach for the day, be sure to stop over at The Fresh Squeeze! They're located in the Publix plaza across the street from Dania Beach Casino and has very easy parking. Once you enter, there are so many refreshing pressed juices and smoothies to choose from. There are also sandwiches and wraps available. Just about everything can be made to order which is great in case you need to substitute any items for any reason. This is one guilt free splurge that is absolutely worth it. The beverages and food are delicious and natural and it's great to know that you're getting real whole food. Hopefully their menu can expand to include even more goodness, looking forward to stopping by next time!

I stopped by here earlier today with my wife for lunch. We happened to be in the area whenever we consulted Yelp for restaurants nearby and The Fresh Squeeze happened to be the top recommendation and nearby. It also seemed like a healthy place which helped to influence us in heading there. The Fresh Squeeze is located in a strip mall and upon entering you have to turn around to look at the menu on their front windows. Besides that there is a cooler for drinks, a place to order and 3 or 4 tables, a 4-top and the rest 2-tops. After looking at the menu I ultimately decided on the Fire Bird which the menu described as Roast Turkey Breast, Provolone Cheese, Smokey Chipotle Aioli, Hot Diced Cherry Peppers on Grilled Ciabatta Bread while my wife went with the pressed pesto. After I had ordered mine he confirmed that I liked things spicy due to the cherry peppers on it and I confirmed that I did. Then while the sandwiches were being made, he engaged me in a nice conversation. Once our food made it to the table, I dug in. It was good as the flavor of turkey and provolone was in the front. Then the chipotle aioli added a nice bit of moisture to the sandwich and the cherry peppers added some good flavor and a little bit of heat to let you know they were there. Finally the ciabatta bread held together well and I was able to easily eat my sandwich without it falling all over the place. My wife also enjoyed her sandwich, especially the pesto and chicken on it. The bottom line for me is that I would head back here again in the future. Both my wife and I really enjoyed our food here and were happy with our choices.

Really yummy and fresh. Tried the Miami spice smoothie and veggie wrap. Quick and friendly service and you feel very healthy afterwards!

I was really hungry after the gym and decided to stop here for a quick breakfast. I was not disappointed. I ordered the surfer dude and my taste buds started dancing. The price was affordable as well. Can't wait to come back to get another one of these hot wraps. The five stars is for the wrap alone and nothing else.

Looked for a spot to hit for a nice snack or smoothie on the way home and happy that my friend and I found it on Yelp. Lunch combination is fantastic. Had the Green Oz which is awesomely packed with 2 lbs of vegetables and still tastes superb! Very unique flavor profile. I was recommended the Firebird sandwich by the cashier. She read me like a book. That sandwich is out of this world. I did not think it was spicy but you can definitely taste some chipotle. So, I've given this place three chances, and it has turned into three strikes. The place is not clean, from hairs on the window frames to dirt and food on the floor, that's one strike. The rude, inattentive, uninformed staff, two strikes. The food and drinks are ridiculously inconsistent in product, quality and appearance, three strikes... they're out. It's too bad the owners don't take more pride in this little shop of horrors, it could be a great opportunity for someone who really cares. Good location, plenty of parking, close to the beach. read more

Came here for lunch yesterday and it was phenomenal!! Great fresh food, juices,and smoothies at a reasonable price. I got the Cali club and it was super good and much larger than I thought it was going to be! I also got a fruitmania smoothie which was also delicious. I got a veggie wrap to go. Three things worth noting: I walked in and the space was hot and humid (maybe a/c problem that day) but it did not have a fresh food sanitary air quality feel. However, the place was busy and gets a lot of business. Next, the veggie wrap was way overpriced with a tip it cost $10+. The wrap was decent but because it was a melted recipe there was an unusual not so pleasing odor to get through while eating it. Healthy eating shouldn't be an over-priced trend. With the same $10 I imagined what I could've bought from Publix next door. read more

I've been here a few times now and have always enjoyed my order. You can grab a smoothie, a sandwich, or some coffee, but the smoothies have probably been my favorite. The food is nice and fresh and everything always just hits the spot. Everyone must go here!!!! Such a clean fresh upbeat environment. Crisp and clean vibe. The food is fantastic!! My husband & I had the Veggie Vibe wrap and the Avocado King. We shared and were equally impressed with the crisp crunchy smooth freshness of eat sandwich wrapped and panini pressed with love. The owners are fabulous!!! They haven't changed their prices in 3 years but their supplies go up. Please go the menu is for everyone children adults vegan or meat eaters. Help them stay in business during this pandemic. As tourists from California, we feel fortunate and lucky to have found this wonderful spot for lunch while travelling this winter. I used to come here all the time, the food was amazing and the juices were fresh. Today I'm back even though a friend warned me that's it's not the same as when they first opened. Well she was 100000% accurate. The green goat tasted god awful like a cup full of rotten apples and the egg in my wrap tasted like a fake plastic egg. I guess they aren't using real eggs anymore to cut cost. I'd like a refund. Also hire people who are more friendly. If you are busy, hire more people. read more

4 hours to kill at FLL airport? Find a 5 star reviewed place. Pack 5 people in a taxi and $25 bucks later, you're here. Juice bar awesomeness. Yep. All American sandwich was good (go for it, you're drinking juice). Suffer Dude was bland but as advertised. Great juice. Good food and escaped the airport. Now for another taxi back. Should have rented a car for the two hours. read more

Fresh and tasty wraps, sandwiches, juices and smoothies. A vegetarian and vegan MUST--although anyone would enjoy. We got the Green Oz juice and ginger lemon shots. We also ordered the veggie wrap (can't remember the name but it was veggies and hummus). Everything was delicious. They have other wraps, sandwiches, and panini (meat options as well). We wanted to order wheatgrass shots but they were out. Doesn't matter--we'll definitely be back. Service was also quick and super friendly. Comfortable, welcoming atmosphere. read more

They were not shy with the oregano, salt, pepper, vinegar and oil which set a delicious foundation for the fresh vegetables and Italian meats (ham salami and cappicola). They have a unique way of constructing the sandwich that keeps the overfilled contents in place which is awesome. As you can see in the picture, the meat to bread ratio is on point. Not sure if it beats my favorite (sub center) but I highly recommend giving this place a try when you're in South Florida. Overall this was an excellent sub.

I do not even know where to start....there is sooooooo much goodness here so let me give you the top 11 thing I love about "The Fresh Squeeze": 1. It is directly across the street from my job and is in walking distance 2. In a shopping center with plenty of parking so there is no hassle getting in and out 3. The best employees ever! Young, vibrant, helpful, full of energy (they must be juicing!) 4. The smoothies are to die for! (My favorite is the Berry Blast) 5. The sandwiches are AMAZING (my favorite is the Firebird....extra spicy!) 6. They have this cole slaw that taste better than any cole slaw I have ever had (made with cilantro, rice vinegar and chilli peppers it seems) 7. The prices are reasonable and they have lunch specials (I pay for fresh quality over fast food any day) 8. They have 3 day and 5 day cleansing treatments you can pay for up front and they will make you 5 juices per day and you can conveniently pick them up at any time! 9. They now deliver for purchases over $10 10. I have graduated to juicing now and have introduced veggies (My fav is the Green Peace...yum !!!) 11. The have indoor and outdoor seating which is a big plus! I would say my only suggestions for the future would be: *some good music playing *maybe a frequent juicer card (Buy 9 and the 10th is free) or something for those loyal people who support local businesses) *Point for checking in on FourSquare or some sort of app *Groupons to bring in more business *Specials for local businesses in the area or Dania Beach residents *There are lots of Canadians in that area that love healthy shops like yours, you can go to USPS and send flyers to Dania Beach zip codes (with a translation in french)....I guarantee you they will come 100% You all are definitely on the right track, this place ROCKSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!! Today I was running a bit late and did not have time to make myself breakfast. I decided to give Fresh Squeeze another chance (Since my last 4 orders were botched). I called right before leaving my house and placed a simple order of the "All American". I live about 15 min away and they are conveniently located across from my office. I arrive and ask for my sandwich, the guy tells me she is about to make it now. I told him I ordered it 15 minutes ago and I dont have anytime to wait. He apologizes. I leave without out the food. This marks the 5th time in a row of bad experiences. Sad to say, I'm done with them. read more

This place was a little hard to find but I am so happy I did not stop looking. While my mom was at the spa she hinted at wanting a smoothie made of real fruits, it was her birthday so I definitely had to get her what she wanted. I must say I am obsessed with "The Fresh Squeeze" Fruitmania Smoothie and their Chicken Caesar Wrap and so is my mom. Everything was healthy and incredibly delicious. Not just a juice bar. It's the best of the best of juice bars. Fast service, wonderful organic vegetables, best price anywhere. Plenty of room to lounge inside and out side. More types of juice then you could imagine. They also serve very good food at well. I come every day for the "pure green" mix; I request a TINY PINCH of hot sauce and one lemon added. As tourists from California, we feel fortunate and lucky to have found this wonderful spot for lunch while travelling this winter. Delicious Smoothies, wraps and salads! It's really hard to find healthy food with quality ingredients in Dania Beach so The Fresh Squeeze sure does shine. My smoothie was delicious as well as my gigantic salad. I'd recommend this to anyone looking to eat clean. Love this place! Has a NY deli feel which is so comforting. Greatly intelligent and friendly staff. The green juices are phenomenal and lots of sandwiches to pick from. Love this place... It used to be in the Winn-Dixie shopping plaza but moved down to the Publix shopping plaza. The food and smoothies and juices are just as good but slightly higher priced now that it moved. Love the alternative music and the immunity booster smoothly. Just found this place!!! Delicious juices - we tried the Dr. Oz, the Revitalizer, and the Detoxifier and all three were fantastic. We can't wait to try the smoothies as well. If you are looking for this cafe, it is in the Winn Dixie plaza just east of Winn Dixie. There is no sign on the roof, but there is a sign in the window. read more

Love having a fresh juice bar five minutes from home. The owner, Jared, is friendly and helpful in stealing you to the right drink for you on the day.
